Located on the 2nd floor of a well-maintained and pleasant residence, this studio with cabin offers a charming view of the Canet Plage marina. Perfectly designed to accommodate up to 4 guests, it is ideally situated close to shops, restaurants, summer entertainment, and the beach. A perfect spot for a car-free holiday.
The bright living area includes a sofa bed (140x190 cm), a TV, a dining table, storage space, a fan, as well as an iron and ironing board. The functional, well-equipped kitchenette features a compact fridge, microwave, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and two electric burners.
The independent cabin offers two bunk beds (90x190 cm) and an additional fan, ideal for children or young adults. The bathroom includes a shower cabin, hairdryer, and washing machine, while the toilet is separate for added comfort.
The residence is equipped with an elevator. The peaceful setting and lovely view of the boats make this apartment a perfect base for a relaxing stay in Canet Plage.
Not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
Everything is within walking distance: beach, shops, local market (held on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays, and Sundays), and summer events are all just a few minutes away.

• Wi-Fi box rental: €39 per week
