This 39 m² rental for up to 4 people has an individual parking space for a car in the building's covered parking lot.
The apartment is located on the 1st floor with elevator.
It is composed as follows:
- an entrance hall with a wardrobe and a decorative cabinet with knick-knacks.
- a living room with a convertible sofa, a round table and its 4 chairs, a pedestal table, a television on a storage unit and Wi-Fi equipment.
- a kitchenette equipped with an oven topped with an induction hob, a refrigerator with freezer, a microwave, a washing machine and a hot water tank and finally storage cupboards.
-A bedroom with a double bed 160X200 cm, bedside tables, bonnetiere, a chair and other furniture.
-a bathroom with bath-shower and a washbasin with cupboard underneath.
- a separate toilet with washbasin.

Rates charged:
- in Low Season = 70 euros/night.
- in High Season = 80 euros/night. (= school holiday periods.)
- and Major Cultural or Sports Events = 90 euros/night.

IF YOUR STAY is for a minimum of 4 NIGHTS, you will be offered "comfort plus" OPTIONS at a price:

-Rental of a complete set for the bed in the room = 15 euros.
- Rental of duvet(s) for the convertible sofa = 5 euros per duvet.
- Rental of towels (1 glove + a shower towel) = 3 euros per person.

NO OPTION, The bed in the room and the sofa bed are only equipped with a white mattress protector, a bolster and 2 pillows. In this case, it is your responsibility to bring your necessary equipment to sleep comfortably.

For INFORMATION:
If the rental is not returned in the same state of cleanliness as on arrival, an allowance of 40 euros for cleaning costs will be applied.

In addition, a DEPOSIT or security deposit of 200 euros (by check or cash) is required on arrival but it is returned to you in full at the end of your stay if no damage has been caused. has been committed or nothing has been broken .

A SO-CALLED HOLIDAY INSURANCE CERTIFICATE will be requested from your insurance company and brought on arrival .
