This condo is a few steps from the pool & parking garage. It’s a beautiful place to stay for a week or a long weekend at a price that won't break the bank.

Excellent!!

This was just a short stay for an employee, and they were very comfortable and thought it was a great place to stay. The location, the restaurants, the cleanliness was all above board.

Amazing condo!

I can’t say enough good things about this condo! It was spotless and so beautifully decorated! Comfy bed, great views, and huge balcony with lots of seating. Easy beach access right across the street. Amazing hosts that communicate easily and often. We felt very well taken care of! We will definitely be back!

Our Go-To Vacation Property

We have stayed at this property multiple times and will be back again. It’s beautifully appointed and the hosts are very responsive. It’s everything you need for a great beach getaway.

Family vacation

This condo is great, the deck is perfect for people watching & enjoying the view. The unit is clean & well stocked. The location is close to so many other things to do on rainy days. We had only 2 beach days due to weather which wasn’t so great. On one our beach days they were having a skim board competition, which was a treat.

Amazing property

This is place is hands down perfect. There isn’t much I could change. Location is great, amenities are spot on, host is great to deal with. We had everything we could need. The origin is a great place to stay with a pool and gym. Very safe and friendly people. We stayed a month and it was very accommodating. There are towels, umbrellas, chairs, some beach toys and just about anything else you may need. Great restaurants in walking distance, beach is so close and a perfect view at all times. I definitely want to go back and spend more time at this condo! We will miss it.

This is a great place to stay in Panama City. Right across the street from Sharkeys, easy access to the beach. Highly Recommend staying at this location.

Perfect

Family vaca 2024!!! My 15 year old daughter and friend had a blast! Perfect location and great amenities! Mark, Lynda..... and Romeo and Juliet the Bulldogs condo was spotless and they have thought of everything that guests may need. Hosts stayed in touch from the time I booked until we checked out and answered any questions right away. We will definitely book again…. And you should too!

Excellent hosts & location

We cannot say enough great things about our hosts, the condo location, our stay at The Origin and our trip to PCB. This was our 2nd time staying at this condo, and we won’t stay anywhere else in PCB. The Origin has some strict rules, but we like that they have them. As long as you follow the rules, you are good. The condo overlooks the pool and the ocean and we love sitting out on the balcony and seeing the activity on the strip and listening to the waves. The condo is extremely clean and inviting. The hosts are excellent at communicating and very accommodating. You can also reach them anytime during your stay, which we really liked. If you go to PCB, this will be your go-to condo and hosts. The hosts are also very well-liked by their resident neighbors. We heard nothing but good things about them - Clarence & Stacy

Absolutely perfect!

We had a wonder stay at this condo! I’m always leery when we book, because you never really know how a property is until you get there. This condo exceeded my expectations 100%! The view was beautiful and the property was absolutely spotless! Mark and Lynda were amazing hosts and checked on us frequently throughout our stay. They provided beach chairs, towels, umbrellas as well as boogie boards and sand toys! Everything that we needed for our days on the beach were included, which was a lifesaver. The building was super quiet and we never heard our neighbors. I would absolutely stay here again!

Wonderful condo!

Mark and Lynda’s condo is accurately depicted by the photos. We absolutely loved the spacious condo for the two of us during our week long stay. The corner porch has a beautiful view of both the ocean and the pool. As a family that likes to cook breakfast everyday and occasional dinners, the full kitchen was stocked with great appliances and supplies. The condo’s property was very easy to navigate and we loved that there is a dedicated crosswalk directly in front of the building to cross the street to the beach. We also liked how convenient the condo is to the elevator.

We can't say enough about this property. It was beautiful, super clean and very well appointed. Communication with the owner was effortless and they were very responsive. We highly recommend it! We will definitely be booking this property again next year.

Fall Vacation

This condo was perfect for me and my husband. Very clean and smelled wonderful. The view was absolutely stunning. You could see everything. Will stay here every time if available. The owners stayed in touch with you and suggested different things that you could do while there. Also, if you had any problems, they were quick to answer you conern.

Blissful

This was an amazing very secure and clean place. I could not have been more satisfied. The view was breath taking. Very nice people live in this condo(i happened to run into someone that lives permanent). I was able to walk to the beach within about 3 minutes or less. My daughter and i got to wake up watch the sunrise as well as dolphins early in the morning and walked the beach for sunset. They had utencils, spices, etc available in the condo. It was truly an amazing experience and view. The senor frog had amazing food as well. Everything seemed walking distance.

Everything about our short vacation was 5-stars! Communication with host, location , the property was wonderful with a fabulous view, attentiveness by hosts was also 5-stars! Would absolutely recommend this host and property to friends and family, and will be our PCB "go to" from now on. Walking distance to great restaurants and shopping was a fantastic bonus. My wife appreciated the cafe and Starbucks on the premises. She was a regular patron while we were there. GO DAWGS !!

Family Vacation

The condo itself was as described. The condo was clean and as listed. The walk to the beach was very convenient. Mark was very prompt to reply when I would message him. The check-in and check-out process was very easy. The one thing I would caution is to read and take serious the condo HOA rules when you book. They do enforce them very strictly. Especially the pool rules.

We are Mark, Lynda, and Romeo the bulldog. We live in Dallas and own this condo on Florida's beautiful Emerald Coast on the Gulf of Mexico. Panama City Beach (PCB) is home to one of America's most beautiful beaches.

Beautiful condo, fully furnished, we even provide a couple beach chairs so you don't need to bring them from home or buy them in PCB (Panama City Beach). Family-friendly, also great for couples. A beautiful resort-style pool and spa with glorious views of the Gulf. Origin is close to many restaurants and shops. Pier Park is within walking distance with many shops, restaurants, nightlife, even a Ferris wheel to get the best sunset views anywhere! Origin has two rooftop decks for sunrise and sunset viewing.
