LES TERRASSES DE MONTMARTRE is a charming property overlooking the charming medieval village of Saint-Cyprien, whose shops, restaurants and very nice weekly market are easily accessible on foot. Located in the oldest district of the village - the Montmartre district, built in the twelfth century around the large abbey church - the house is perfectly quiet.

Having just undergone a complete renovation, LES TERRASSES DE MONTMARTRE now combines the most modern equipment with the charm of old stones, and offers its guests optimal comfort: bright rooms, air conditioning in all rooms, a high-speed internet connection, a smart TV, new and quality bedding.

Outside you will be seduced by its fully equipped terrace whose large awning will protect you from the hot summer sun. Not to mention the essential 4-seater SPA - available throughout the year - for a relaxing bath on your return from the many excursions offered by the immediate surroundings.

INTERIOR DESCRIPTION:

* From the private parking space (rare in Saint-Cyprien!), a few steps lead down to the entrance of the house.
* The entrance is equipped with a bench seat, coat racks and a large mirror
* In its extension, the bright kitchen is perfectly equipped: oven, microwave oven, induction hob, dishwasher, washing machine, large fridge and freezer space, crockery and cooking equipment in generous numbers: nothing is missing.
A small side table will allow you to have lunch while contemplating the view of the village that is offered to you.
The room is bathed in light thanks to its large bay window opening onto the terrace and its two large windows opening onto the Carreyrous de la Reclue, leading to the centre of the village.
* To the right of the entrance, the living room is just as charming. It is organized into a comfortable lounge area elegantly furnished with a two-seater sofa, two armchairs, a bench, a coffee table, a TV cabinet and a flat-screen TV; and a dining area with a beautiful wooden table and 4 seats. The glass door again provides direct access to the terrace.
* On the other side of the entrance, the first bathroom offers a bathtub with shower screen, a vanity unit, storage shelves and wall-hung toilets.

From the entrance the wooden staircase leads to the first floor where the following are successively organised:
* A spacious double bedroom offering an extra large double bed in 180cm wide and 200cm long, two tables and bedside lamps and a large dresser. It also offers a superb panoramic view of the village below and the hills that surround it.
* Located directly opposite the bedroom, the bathroom, although small, is no less functional, with its tiled shower, small washbasin and suspended toilet.
* At the end of the corridor, the second bedroom offers two single beds, 90cm wide and 200cm long, which can be joined to form a large double bed, two tables and bedside lamps, a small desk, a dresser and a rattan armchair.
* A large wardrobe area in the corridor completes this floor.

For the comfort of our guests, all rooms are air-conditioned.
The house is also very comfortable in low season thanks to the reversible air conditioning and recent high quality insulation.

Although the house is most charming and comfortable, you will also appreciate the care taken of the outdoor spaces:
* The terrace, overlooking the SPA, is ideal at any time of the day for outdoor lunch. The large electrically controlled awning will be particularly appreciated during the hottest hours of the day. A large Weber barbecue (charcoal) is available to our guests.
* The 4-seater SPA is of course reserved for your sole and exclusive use. It is maintained weekly by a professional company to guarantee you an impeccable quality of swimming. Four deckchairs and an outdoor shower complete this relaxation area.
* "Cherry on the cake" the house has a private parking for one vehicle (rare and popular in Saint-Cyprien!). A parking for 6 other cars is accessible 50m from the house.
