The beautiful beaches of the Resort are a short ten-minute golf cart ride away. Our villa is convenient to the tennis facility, fitness center, marina, miles of walking trails, 2 resort swimming pools, the award-winning Village at Baytowne Wharf, and golf courses.

The dining area offers seating for six at the farm table, along with five barstools on the oversized island! Sleeping arrangements include the master bedroom with a king bed and fully remodeled bathroom. The second bedroom offers a king bed and access to the hallway guest bathroom. CANCELLATION: Reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date receive a full refund. Reservations cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival receive no refund unless the guest purchased travel insurance. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement by electronic signature within 3 days of booking.
