Our beach and golf villa at 532 Augusta Village is convenient, peaceful, and perfectly located on the bayside of the Resort. The beautiful beaches of the Resort are a short ten-minute golf cart ride away. Our villa is convenient to the tennis facility, fitness center, marina, miles of walking trails, 2 resort swimming pools, the award-winning Village at Baytowne Wharf, and golf courses.

Brought to you by Beach Blue Properties! Fully remodeled and stocked, this brand new unit is ready for your next vacation. Our coastal modern villa accommodates up to six guests comfortably. If cooking is your pleasure, there is a large and fully stocked kitchen complete with a variety of cookware, dishes and a microwave oven. The chef in the family will love the openness of the kitchen, living, and dining areas. Also available is a barbecue grill on the back patio. The dining area offers seating for six at the farm table, along with five barstools on the oversized island! The family room is newly decorated with a comfy sofa, three generous chairs, and a large HDTV. There is a separate sunroom with a cozy sitting area with a sleeper sofa that could also be suitable as a children’s play area.

Sleeping arrangements include the master bedroom with a king bed and fully remodeled bathroom. The second bedroom offers a king bed and access to the hallway guest bathroom. Whether you are visiting the Resort for the beach, fishing, golfing, bicycling or tennis, you will find everything right at your fingertips here at #532 August Village!

CANCELLATION: Reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date receive a full refund. Reservations cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival receive no refund unless the guest purchased travel insurance. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement by electronic signature within 3 days of booking.

NOTE: The total reservation cost includes the nightly rate, clean fee, damage waiver, transportation fee (for select properties), processing fee and tax. By requesting a quote for this property, you agree to be added to our email subscription list.

Beautiful, well appointed property. Perfect location, close to the pool, nice use of golf cart for convenience, and our family really enjoyed the screened in porch overlooking the golf course. The perfect stay. We come to Destin every year and this will be our go to spot moving forward.

Lovely home with excellent location & amenities

We had an issue upon arrival with an odor that appeared to be smoke and or a pet smell. The host IMMEDIATELY addressed with an ozone generator which worked very quickly and quite effectively. Other than that, the house was well equipped (including beach chairs & umbrellas) and comfy. The resort was excellent in terms of location & amenities. We used the gym & the lap pool daily. The beach access was easy, and the Beach was a 10/10! We enjoyed the golf cart for putting around and getting to our locations on the resort. Overall, a good experience!

Good Times

Very good location. Light and comfortable property. Agent was very responsive to questions and minor concerns we reported. Would have renewed for next year but it was already booked. Would liked to have Florida first priority.

The only thing we needed were a few extra blankets since it got chilly while we were there. Other than that, the condo had everything we needed. The golf cart was fantastic. The neighbors were super nice and friendly. They gave us a dinner recommendation and it did not disappoint.

The property was very clean. Master bed comfy. Property is well located and the golf cart is great to get around. The management company is very responsive and dealt with the incoming hurricane very professionally.

Checks all the boxes!

My husband and I planned a quick trip to the beach. This home provided all wants and needs required to make a vacation effortless. The home was spotless, well stocked and had up to date decor. It made you feel like you were home. The owners provided beach amenities that made the time at the beach enjoyable. The golf cart that was on site was a great addition to the home, it made it so easy to get around the resort. We loved every minute of our trip and will definitely seek out this home again on our next trip.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This experience was not the best we have had in the past. The place was a very nice place,but we had issues with the cleanliness of the home. Also,the home had a smell of cigarette smoke so we had to buy candles to try and make it smell better in there. The bed in the front of the house was very uncomfortable. The pillows were way too soft. You can tell they have done some upgrading on the home. The golfcart was very nice! It is a nice place in general, but really needs to make sure the cleaning is done properly before guest arrive. We still had a great vacation!

Our friends that stayed in it said the mattress was lumpy and definitely needed to be changed out but absolutely a wonderful place otherwise!

Could've been a little more helpful

Everything was 5-star until transmission went out in my truck, and we requested an extra hour to get out of condo so we would have time to pick up the truck from the shop at 10:00 and then get truck back to condo to load up. Property manager told us no dice, that housecleaning needed to get in because there was another check-in that day. Then, to add insult to injury, what (we suppose) were the housecleaners not only pulled up in our driveway 20 minutes before required 10:00 checkout time, a lady actually came up to the front door and peered in the top windows as i was walking down the hallway in the nude. Thanks for the help BeachBlue Properties!!

The property is great! The golf cart is awesome to use to go the beach, use on property and to go to Grand Blvd to the grocery store. There is chairs and umbrellas for beach in the shed and a lot of other beach items.

Great place to stay!

I have stayed on Sandestin 4 times, and this is probably one of my favorite so far. The place was just as described and clean.

A Perfect Stay!

Our stay was outstanding. Accomodations were superb; Clean, modern, comfortable, well stocked, close proximity to the beach, pools, golf course, restaurants, outlets and grocery stores. Access to the golf cart was icing on the cake. We could not have asked for more. Wish we could have stayed longer.
