This spacious 3000 sq. foot and 75+ feet of waterfront lake house is fully equipped to help your family and friends have a memorable time. It features a large living area and a separate game room perfect to entertain, 4 spacious bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, 2 half bathrooms, and two decks, one next to the living area and another at the dock.
Lake life at the fullest - Explore the lake and surrounding private trails with our two canoes and kayak. Fish some bass from our dock, or just take a swim at the lake. A larger beach at the resort is 5 minutes away along with a pool and other amenities (pool open until end of September only).
Perfect location - few minutes away from Athens, 20 minutes away from Hudson, and 40 minutes away from the Hunter Mountain and Ski Windham ski resorts and 10+ golf courses and State Parks.
Made to entertain - The large open living space with the fireplace, wine fridge, books and games is perfect to enjoy a nice evening with your family and friends to close a busy lake or ski day.
Comfortably fits large groups - Large open living space, fully equipped kitchen, large game room, and spacious bedrooms. Please note that bedroom #3 features two bunk beds ONLY FOR KIDS and a twin bed that is convertible to a queen bed for an additional guest per request.
Peaceful - The house is surrounded by beautiful trees providing a secluded and private environment.
Perfect for kids, with a fully equipped game room with movie theater, board games, darts, foosball table, water toys, soccer net, fishing rods, other sporting goods... The resort has tennis courts, basketball courts, a beach and playground areas a few minutes drive.
We want you to relax, but if you have to work it is perfectly suited for it, with two office spaces, monitors, printer, and high speed internet throughout the house.
