You will benefit from air conditioning, a balcony, as well as a garage and a private parking space.
Located in a quiet residential development close to the center, it is on the 2nd and last floor of a small secure residence.

• Accommodation:

- 2 bedrooms: one equipped with a 160cm double bed and the other with a 140cm double bed Each has a built-in storage closet.

- A comfortable living room with TV, sofa and armchair. The large bay will allow you to access the balcony.

- Equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, combined fridge/freezer, microwave, ceramic hob, l'Or Barista coffee maker and classic filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle, raclette set) with a large dining room table.

- 1 workspace with desk in one bedroom.

- Bathroom with walk-in shower, sink and washing machine.

- Separate toilet.

- On sunny days, you will enjoy taking your meals on the balcony with an outdoor lounge and the possibility of taking out the electric plancha.

"La Valériane" is located 7 minutes from the city center of Montélimar by car.
The Gorges de l'Ardèche and Avignon are 1 hour away, Valence is 45 minutes away.
The Cruas CNPE is 15 minutes away by car, you have the bus stop of the shuttle bus that goes to the nuclear power plant in front of the residence.
The Tricastin CNPE is 30 minutes away.

- The accommodations are located on the 2nd and last floor without a lift.
- Bed linen and towels are provided.
- In the case of a booking for 2 people using a bed per person, an extra charge of 10€ would apply for linen.
- In the case of a booking of more than 3 weeks, please note that a cleaning is included every 3 weeks.
