Welcome to Chalet Yosemite, a tastefully remodeled home located in Upper Moonridge and a short drive to the Bear Mountain Ski Resort, local zoo and golf course.

Entering the home you will be in the cozy family room area, with an oversized sectional sofa, you can relax in front of the wood burning fireplace. Stream your favorite show or movie on the large Flatscreen TV.

Step up into the kitchen/dining area, the dining room offers a rustic style table with ample seating and additional seating at the breakfast bar. The kitchen offers new stainless steel appliances, including a gas range/oven, fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher. A Keurig Coffee Machine is provided.  Step out to the upper deck and enjoy the wooded views, grill on the propane barbecue.

Off the family room and to the right is a three quarter bath and the first bedroom offering a Queen bed and ample closet space.

Upstairs from the family room and to the left is the second bedroom offering a King bed, Flatscreen TV and ample closet space, the second bedroom offers a Queen and Twin bed, Flatscreen TV and ample closet space.

Head down to the lower level of the home. The fourth bedroom offers a Twin over Full bunk, Large Flatscreen TV, board games and back deck access where you can step out and enjoy the hot tub.

Down the hall there is a full bath, a stackable washer and dryer available for your use and outdoor access.

Do not exceed the occupancy limit
Do not exceed the stated occupancy at any time during your stay. The maximum number of adult  occupants may be less than the total maximum occupancy. NO PARTIES ALLOWED.

No parking in street or yard
Parking is only permitted in the driveway, designated parking spaces, and garage. This includes trailers. The maximum number of vehicles permitted is on the exterior sign.

No amplified music 24/7
Amplified music is not permitted to be heard beyond the property line 24/7. Close your windows to avoid music carrying beyond the property line.  

Head inside at 10:00 p.m.
Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.

Take trash to dumpster locations
Trash needs to be taken to a local dumpsite. Clean Bear locations:
41790 Garstin Drive & 39690 Big Bear Blvd.

Fines
The minimum fine for violating the rules stated previously is $500 per violation. A second offense is $1000 per violation.  

Eviction
Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules and expectations will be evicted without a refund. In  addition, costly citations may be issued to the undersigned.
