Foothills C-13 is a beautifully updated 2BD/2BA walk-in condo near the Branson Strip. Located in The Foothills community, you will be centrally located giving you ease of access to all of Branson's best attractions, shopping, and restaurants! Come stay a while and watch a show or take a ride on the Ferris Wheel where you can truly take in the breathtaking views of the Branson Ozarks.

Neither the bedroom nor bathroom doors are ADA compliant. Unless seen in the unit pictures, no stabilizing handles have been installed in the bathrooms.

The condo was clean, spacious, and in a great location off one of the back roads near the strip. Great space for the money compared to a motel in the area. We used the free Silver Dollar City ticket which was nice to have. The pool area was nice and secure. I appreciated the coupon books that were available.

Great Place To Stay!

We had a great time at the condo. Love the swing on the balcony. Easy place to find and love not having to go up or down stairs to get to the condo. Would stay here again if available.

Great location Easy for eighty seven year old father in law to get 1 or 2 steps 4 entry. Very nice beds and well located.Can get to all the strip and all shows very easily. You want be disappointed, with this property!!

Great place for a family to stay

Our 3-bedroom unit worked out well for my wife and me and our two granddaughters. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the necessary appliances, pots and pans to make a complete meal. The beds were comfortable and the unit was very clean. The resort is also located close to all entertainment venues and restaurants. We would definitely stay here in the future and would not be afraid to recommend this resort to our friends.

Girls Family Getaway

This condo was very clean and had many extra perks. Large soft towels and extra bathroom supplies, accommodating kitchen and a dining table that fits 8 people and comfy living room. Hoping to rent for the next girls get together next year.

Great Condo

Loved that we were in the end condo. Very quiet. Beautiful view of the lake. Watched the baby geese. Heard the birds, crickets, and bullfrogs. Watched the golfers early Sunday morning. The Fall Creek Restaurant served great catfish and steaks. Always fun to go to Silver Dollar City and White Water. We loved our time staying in the condo. Thank you

Branson vacation

Property was very clean and enjoyable with accurate photos. My only issue was that it was described as a ground level unit but there were 2 stairs we had to lift a powered wheelchair up to get into the property which was a pain coming and going. Other than that we were extremely happy with our accommodations. We appreciate everything and would most definitely return to this property when we don't need the electric wheelchair anymore!

Branson getaway

We have stayed at this property last year. There were a few issues that would have made our stay better. The internet was not working, cabinets were almost impossible to open without handles on them. Also the front porch light didn’t work nor did it last time. This is a great place to stay just small things that need attention.

We are sorry to hear about the issues you ran into during your stay. This property has a light that is taken care of by the COA and then one that is operated by a switch inside the door. We appreciated you calling us where we were able to take care of changing the bulb in the light that we could take responsibility for. This property had to have the cabinets replaced recently due to some water damage that took place from the unit above. I will be sure to visit with the owners about their plans to add pulls on the cabinets for the future. We have resolved the internet issues. We did end up having to get a completely new router from the internet provider.
