Summary:
This newly remodeled 4 bedroom home is nestled on 4.2 acres along the Guadalupe river. In the spring and summer, enjoy floating the river back to the house! Drink your morning coffee while watching the deer feed. There are endless locations to visit nearby…Cave Without a Name, shop and eat on Boerne Main Street, 290 wine tour, Sisterdale, Luckenbach, Round-up event center and more!

The Space:
This 4 bedroom home is spacious and comfortably sleeps 10. There are 3 full bathrooms to accommodate the crowd. Deer feeder goes off twice a day. Make plans to view the deer. There is an outdoor gas grill and an indoor fireplace.

Guest Access:
You will have access to the entire 4.2 acres with one exception. There is a smaller home on the property that you will not have access to but no one will be occupying it during your stay.

The Neighborhood:
There are two float to enjoy and both bring you back to the house. Depending on the flow of the river one is 2 hours and the other is 4 hours. Please note.. this is not a commercialized area. You will need to drive your crew in a car and then drive another car back after the float. There are endless things to do in the area. Cave without a Name is just a few miles away, shop and eat on Boerne Main Street, 290 wine tour, Sisterdale, Luckenbach, Round-up event center and more! Top Golf in San Antonio and Fiesta Texas are 30 minutes away.

Getting Around:
You will need a car to access locations off of the property.

Other Things to Note:
Please stay off of the neighbors' property. We have a gas grill and we provide the propane.
