This apartment is located in the village of Crest Voland in the Espace Diamant offering 194 kms of alpine and Nordic ski slopes, 20 minutes from Megève.
Facing south/south-west, it is very sunny with a nice view of the Charvin.
With a surface area of 90 m2, it consists of:
• An independent entrance including boot shelves, ski storage, coat racks and bench.
• A large living room composed of a lounge area, a dining room and a built-in kitchen equipped with oven, microwave, fridge, Nespresso machine, filter coffee machine, kettle, toaster, fondue and raclette machine, allowing 6 people to live comfortably in 45 m2.

The apartment has fibre, an Orange TV and a Bluetooth speaker. You have access to an electric charging station.
The apartment is equipped with underfloor heating and towel radiators in the bathrooms.

A smoke and carbon monoxide detector is installed.

The tourist office organises many activities every week in season (summer and winter).
Many restaurants welcome you with a view of Mont Blanc from Le Lachat.
In winter, you can walk to put on your skis and go straight back home if your level of skiing allows it. On snowshoes, you can also go for a walk.
In summer, you can enjoy hiking, road biking and mountain biking. Children's games are located in the centre of the village. There are also tennis, pickleball and badminton courts.
Swimming lakes are available nearby.
The annual village festival is held on the first weekend in August.
