On the garden level, accessible via stairs or from outside: a laundry room with access to the outdoors, 1 bedroom (1 140-bed) with its own bathroom and private toilet. Heating with ducted air conditioning throughout the upper level of the cottage and electric heating on the garden level. Wi-Fi access. 25 m² terrace accessible from the kitchen.
