Located in Stattmatten, in a charming Alsatian village, these apartments offer an ideal haven for those looking to relax and explore the beauty of the region. Surrounded by picturesque landscapes, forests, you will enjoy the serenity and authenticity of Alsace while being close to local attractions.

"BAMBOO Atmosphere" Enjoy a unique moment of serenity in our straw hut relaxation area, (available from April 1st to September 30th) a true haven of peace where you can relax in peace, surrounded by nature."

This accommodations are mainly intended for holiday and tourist stays. The accommodations are not designed to accommodate construction crews, workers or companies with groups of workers on business trips. Please make sure that it corresponds to the nature of your stay before booking.

You can also enjoy our apartments with family or friends with the possibility of renting our 3 accommodations (Lily of the Valley and Squirrel) for a total capacity of 10 people.

HOUSE RULES STUDIO SQUIRREL SQUIRREL

1. ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE:
Arrival is from 4 pm to 9 pm (in winter) and until 10 pm (in summer) and departure is before 11 am.
Please respect these times to allow for cleaning and preparation of the apartment for future tenants.

2. CAPACITY:
The apartments are designed to accommodate a maximum of 2 PEOPLE.
Any additional guests must be reported and may incur an additional charge.
This accommodations are mainly intended for holiday and tourist stays. The accommodations are not designed to accommodate construction crews, workers or groups of workers on business trips. Please make sure that it corresponds to the nature of your stay before booking.


3. PETS:
Pets are not allowed.

4. CLEANLINESS:
We ask that you leave the apartment in a suitable state of cleanliness. Garbage cans must be emptied and dishes done.

5. RESPECT FOR THE NEIGHBOURHOOD:
Please respect the peace and quiet of the neighbourhood, especially in the evening. Noisy parties and events are prohibited.

6. USE OF EQUIPMENT:
The equipment in the apartment must be used with care. In case of damage, please report it immediately.

7. PROHIBITIONS:
Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. Please smoke outside and put extinguished cigarette butts in the appropriate ashtrays.

8. LIABILITY:
The owner cannot be held responsible for accidents or loss of personal property during your stay.

9. CANCELLATION:
In case of cancellation, please consult our cancellation policy.

The apartment:
• Bedroom: A bedroom with a comfortable queen-size double bed, quality linens and a warm decoration that invites you to relax.

• Kitchen: Equipped kitchen, including a fridge, microwave/oven, hob, as well as everything you need to prepare your meals, including a dining area to enjoy your meals.

• Shower room: A shower, fluffy towels, a hairdryer and toiletries. A functional and pleasant space to cool off after a day outdoors.

• Terrace/garden: A sun terrace with pergola and a small garden to enjoy on sunny days, ideal for an outdoor lunch or a moment of tranquility.
