There will be no delay in finding unlimited ways to use each day with access to the NorthStar facilities for a small fee, unlimited fresh powder in the winter, and the adorable Truckee Downtown close by.

When you simply want to take a breather at home base, hang out with the whole gang in the living room boasting vaulted ceilings, access to the patio, a gas fireplace to cozy up beside, and a flatscreen TV to stream all of your favorite shows with ease. Not to mention, the stunning full kitchen has everything you need and more to prepare tasty recipes or movie snacks. When it is time to hit the hay and recharge, the two main bedrooms are located on the lower level and the loft offers even more sleeping space that the kiddos will love.

Enjoy access to the Northstar recreation center amenities, which include tennis courts, basketball courts, a fitness center, a sauna, a hot tub, a seasonal lap pool, and an open grill area next to a beautiful creek surrounded by pine, fir, and aspen trees. (Site rentals include the use of three picnic tables and up to two gas BBQ grills with grilling utensils.) There is a $10 daily fee per person for use of the facilities.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Ski shuttle details: TRANSPORTATION: You can reach the Northstar shuttle by calling 530-562-2257. The shuttle accommodates up to eight (8) people




Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
