This 14-acre farm is perfect for relaxing after a long day of adventure. It’s a one-minute drive to Stroud’s Run State Park where there’s miles of bike trails, and a 10 minute scenic drive to Ohio University. If you’re looking to enjoy the peace and quiet of the country, this is the place for you. You might see turkeys, deer, rabbits, or foxes. You’ll definitely see birds. This 2 bedroom, 1 bath apartment was constructed in 2021 and features a modern kitchen with a comfortable living area. It’s the downstairs apartment of a duplex, and the upstairs tenant is quiet. The master bedroom features a plush king-sized bed, and the second bedroom has a twin-over-full bunk bed. We’ve made it kid-friendly so there toys, books, childproof outlets, a travel crib, and high chair also.

We live in the blue farmhouse at the end of the driveway, so you might see us working on projects around the property. We enjoy hosting and meeting our guests, but we'll leave you alone unless you want to say hello.

Feel free to explore the grounds, stroll up and down the driveway, or hike to the Scatter Ridge connector trail, which leads to Stroud’s Run State Park and the playgrounds, beach, boat launch, and trail system. Please refrain from wandering into our private woods, as construction on the trail is incomplete at the moment.
