This custom-built, modern home sits on a quarter of an acre of breathtaking forest and mountain views, offering the ultimate escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Situated in a clean & quiet neighborhood next to national forest land.

This is our personal vacation home that we keep meticulously updated and we manage ourselves to make sure you have the best stay.

Designed with families and couples in mind, the bedrooms are situated for maximum privacy, while the kitchen and entertainment areas are perfect for casual gatherings or quality time with your loved ones.

If you're looking for adventure, you can easily walk to nearby trails or take a short drive to some of the top attractions in the area:

We stock you with what should be enough for your stay: keurig & Nespresso pods, paper towels, trash bags, toilet paper, laundry detergent, dish soap, dishwasher pods, a sponge, shampoo, conditioner, and hand soap. Oils and spices for cooking.

Our property extends into open green space, but ends at a gravel line in our backyard, ensuring your privacy during your stay. We ask that you kindly respect the property line :)

WINTER: Even though there is a hill in the backyard, that is part of private property, so there is no sledding directly behind the house. The best public sledding is 1 mile from the house at Foxglen Park. We have sleds at the house you are welcome to use.

SUMMER NOTE: Please note that most homes in Flagstaff do not have central air conditioning, but we've equipped our home with an A/C unit in each room and living room (4 total) and plenty of fans to keep you cool on warmer days during the mild summer climate. The rooms can cool to 66-70 degrees if needed.

As of Feb 2025 we have updated the units since the prior units seemed to be a little loud. The new units have a 46 decibels (dB) rating. (The sound of a quiet library).
