The park-like setting of this contemporary home has been updated with brand new furnishings throughout featuring 3 bedrooms and 2 baths- expertly designed top to bottom for your guest experience. Take a 2 min walk to grab a coffee from local shop, Urban Beans, or a 3min walk to Starbucks right out the front door. And for those homebody coffee drinkers, a supply of K-Cup coffee pods will be stocked upon your arrival.

The Medina`s open floor plan concept features vaulted ceilings that create a spacious, yet cushy and cool, living environment in this desert oasis. Private bedrooms are spaced out from each end of the house while each room holds contemporary custom finishes.

The kitchen and living room areas are great for small get-togethers due to the open concept floor plan and mid-century modern furnishings.

The kitchen comes fully equipped, featuring: Keurig Coffee Maker, Toaster, Microwave, Oven, Stove, Dishwasher, Tea Kettle, Blender, pots, pans, baking dishes, utensils, dishes, coffee and tea cups, and much more!


The Medina comfortably hosts up to 6 guests.
The contemporary, light, bright, and airy bedrooms feature bedside lights, USB charging outlets, fans, custom closets, plenty of hangers, queen size beds, 100% cotton duvet and duvet cover, four pillows, throw blankets, bedroom chairs and luggage racks.

The two modern full bathrooms feature Delta bathroom fixtures, large vanity, additional cabinetry, fans, frosted, privacy windows, hair dryer, and canned LED and vanity lights. Toiletries include: soap, toothpaste, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper, and 2 towels per guest e.g. hand, full body, and wash towels.

OUTDOOR SPACE & ACTIVITIES

The Medina is a home-away-from home where families, friends, and business travelers come together to create fun-filled moments in an urban, park-like, and tranquil setting in the heart of the city.

Relax and bask in the warm sun while enjoying the three separate outdoor living spaces, which can be enjoyed day-or-night due to the onsite LED PUCK perimeter lights.

A private 8’ fenced, backyard with artificial turf, paver patio, and propane barbecue grill.

A spacious, shared courtyard comes with ample eating and seating areas.

Pick, eat, and enjoy the onsite, organic, edible fruit trees and organic herb garden!

The Medina is located in the historic, quaint, quiet, and friendly Longview West Neighborhood, which is supremely central, and nearby all the hip, hot restaurants and activities.

This private single family home is located on almost a half acre in a park-like setting. While the home is completely private with its own assigned parking spaces and small fenced- in backyard, it should be noted that there are two additional buildings on property. Another 3bd/2ba Airbnb on property (Urban Retreat) shares the common courtyard.
