Welcome to our recently renovated Mediterranean-style villa, located in the quiet residential area of La Canuta in Calpe, just a 5 minute walk from Puerto Blanco beach.
With breathtaking sea views, a 1,600 m² landscaped garden, a large shaded terrace with an outdoor kitchen, and a private pool, this home offers the perfect setting for a relaxing and sunny escape on the Costa Blanca.
A private area is never occupied during your stay. You have exclusive use of the property.

- Bedroom 1 : Queen size bed (160x200), en-suite bathroom (with washing machine), wardrobes
- Bedroom 2: Queen-size bed (160x200), en-suite bathroom, wardrobes
- Bedroom 3: 2 single beds (90x200), very large wardrobe, bathroom opposite
- Bedroom 4 (from AUGUST): 2 single beds (90x200), large en-suite bathroom (with washing machine)
All our bathrooms are renovated, equipped with Italian-style shower, wall-hung WC and washbasin, storage unit, illuminated mirror.
