Immaculate and comfortable

This home is amazing! Clean, quiet, comfortable and conveniently located to the park and race track. I had 3 employees stay with me for a class I teach and we all had plenty of room. The view is spectacular and the neighborhood is peaceful

All the amenities of being at home while on vacation!

My Son, two friends, and I stayed here for almost a week while fishing a tournament at Lake Havasu, was great having a place that can accommodate parking both boats in the garage for security and to get out of the elements when preparing for the next day of fishing! House is all modern, clean, and comfortable highly recommend!

We were busy during the days, so our time at the house was limited, but very good. We will most likely be returning to Lake Havasu around the same time next year. If so, we will check the availability of the house during that timeframe. Thank you! John

Spent 4th of July weekend. 7 days. Would definitely stay here again. Plenty of room. Nice view of lake fr back patio to sit and relax. Boat fit in garage. Ice maker was awesome. Didn’t have to buy ice once.

Super Property, Awesome Garages

This property is located near Sara Park, which is where the Fireworks Extravaganza is held. It is also near BLM lands and many off road trails. We visited the London Bridge several times and that's just 5 miles north. Owner was quick to respond to inquiries. Property was clean, and we loved the cookware, spaciousness of the rooms, the large garages, and the ice machine! If you have toys, this is the place to park them!

Great Stay in Lake Havasu with the Family

We had a great stay. The house was a great location for us since we just came to boat and it is just a few streets away for the ramp we use. The house was clean and as seen in the photos. We were able to park the boat in the rv garage which was why I booked the house. They also had an ice machine which was awesome for keeping the boat stocked. My only things to improve (and I know this is picky) but the doors need to be oiled because they all squeak and woke up the baby at night and the air filters were due for a change. I would recommend this beautiful house to anyone looking for a great stay in Lake Havasu and we will stay again in the future! 5 out of 5 stars!

Great Place!

Our family spent a few days in Lake Havasu visiting grandchildren. We loved staying in this new and beautiful home. It is roomy, up-to-date, and very clean. Lorry was great to work with and very responsive. The location was extremely convenient. We've stayed in LHC several times and, believe me, easy access to Highway 95 made a world of difference in getting to LHC amenities. The availability of the garage was surprisingly beneficial. I have never previously had access to a garage in a rental home. I would definitely stay here again.

Location, Location, Location... AMAZING STAY

Fabulous experience from the second we walked in the door to this beautiful home. The place was immaculate, the furnishings beautiful-- and the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. The location was perfect-- we walked daily, and it was a super quick drive to anywhere we wanted to go. The owner was so amazing to work with, great at communication. We definitely would stay here again-- looking forward to coming back again. Oh and the DREAM GARAGE if you are bringing a boat or ATV's with you-- what a blessing. We had garage envy for our house back home.
