Cocoonr agency offers you, this charming 70 m² flat for rent in Dinard, nearby from the beach. It can accommodate up to 6 people.
Located on the second floor (no lift) in a quiet, secure residence, it comprises a lovely 28 m² living room, fitted kitchen, two good bedrooms and a bathroom (with shower).
Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4-star hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.
The accommodation comprises
- A 28 m² living room with TV
- Fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Two bedrooms:
The first bedroom has a double bed (140x190) and a dressing area.
The second bedroom has a queen-size bed (160x190), which can be separated into 2 single beds (option to be specified when booking).
1 double sofa bed (140x190) in the living room.
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC
Exterior:
- The accommodation offers a beautiful roof-top terrace facing north/west to make the most of the fine weather. It is equipped with a parasol, an outdoor table and chairs and garden furniture.
The flat is ideally located in Dinard, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park your vehicle directly in the underground car park; the accommodation has a private garage box. N.B.: This may be more difficult for SUVs and break.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: 15 km in Saint-Malo
- Nearest airport: 80 km in Rennes
