HEATED outdoor POOL, We inform you that access to the swimming pool is only available during the summer period, from July 4th to the end of August. Outside this period, the swimming pool is not accessible. the perfect address for your SUMMER HOLIDAYS.
The ski lifts operate in summer!
The town of Briançon is 20 kms away and the village of Vallouise, renowned for mountaineering, is 5 kms away. A beautiful living room, dining room and balcony, with a new fully equipped kitchen. The apartment is very functional and very well equipped on 2 levels.

First level with entrance, living room with 3-seater sofa and its coffee table and 4 built-in poufs, Dining room with its 8/10 pers table in solid oak and benches. Fully equipped kitchen. 2 separate bedrooms, one with a 140x190 bed opening onto a small balcony where there is a storage cupboard, the other with its 140x190 mezzanine bed leaving room underneath to put a cot or unfold the armchair for an extra bed in 80x190, 1 bathroom with shower cabin and washing machine, 1 separate toilet .

Second level with 2 separate bedrooms including a dressing room, one with its 140x190 bed and the other with 2 80x190 beds that can be separated or brought together according to needs, an armchair-armchair that makes an extra bed in 80x190 is in the dressing room. A bathroom and 1 separate toilet .

Passenger access
Parking possible around the residence. A private and covered parking space is reserved for the apartment. Access to the swimming pool of the outdoor residence heated in summer. Bus stop with free shuttles to move throughout the resort in front of the residence .

Other remarks
The outdoor swimming pool is heated and operates during the 2 months of summer.
