Welcome to Paradise! A place where you belong. A place you'll dream to return to again and again!

Italy meets the Caribbean in this ocean front terra cotta roofed villa, boasting 2 levels, breathtaking ocean views, breezes, and sunsets from every room.

Situated approximately 20 steps from the Los Corales beautiful, private, white sandy beach. Come sit under the thatched palapas, swim in the clearest water, and enjoy colorful baby fish that swim up to you and welcome you to their warm ocean home!

Step inside your vacation home and experience a wall of windows that open to an ocean breeze that will take your breath away. The winding staircase beckons you to come and enjoy the top floor and open air living space!

Here you will find a well-stocked kitchen, Cuisinart appliances, ample and good qulaity cookware, dishware, utensils. New gas stove and refridgerator (Feb 2024). Make your morning espresso high among the treetops, in the 3rd floor kitchen, with little birds greeting you, views that seems too good to be true.. or step out onto the 3rd floor coralina terrace and enjoy your coffee on one of our comfy chaise lounges.


New windows and beautiful silhouette blinds have been installed throughout the villa.

This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom sanctuary has a master bedroom with ensuite bath and a smart tv.
2nd bedroom with its own bath. Both bedrooms have brand new king size beds, well-appointed linens, high end mattresses, pillows, and plenty of towels, (bath and beach towels).
Master has large walk-in closets with a keyed safe, plenty of hangers, ironing board and iron.

Our sanctuary is located in Los Corrales, a gated community within walking distance to sandy beach restaurants, groceries, night life, bustling shopping center, incredible local restaurants, and cuisine.

Our villa was featured on the HGTV series, “Caribbean Life”, is family owned and operated and cared for with constant personal TLC. Our local property manager is a native Dominican, speaking Dutch, Spanish and English fluently, he has an answer for every question or concern you have. Providing impeccable service is his claim to fame.

Winter get away

We loved this property! Stayed for 2 weeks and were so glad to have chosen this place. The villa was lovely and well cared for. Great location, too. We walked to restaurants and groceries nearby. We mostly hung out on the beach and just relaxed. The owner was responsive and helpful. This is the cleanest place we have ever rented through VRBO! Also, The property manager, Jason is fabulous. You felt well taken care of and looked out for. He was a great resource for information and transportation to and from the airport.Wish we were still there!!

The villa is perfect for a family of 4. Our daughters are 19 and 21 si two king beds worked. Jason, the property manager was more than coupand always available for questions. Samantha, the host was amazing! We had a few ‘hiccups’ at the start of our stay and she took care of everything. The Dominican has it challenges but the people are kind and friendly,helpful and supportive. I will come back someday and also tell friends about this amazing villa in paradise.you won’t be disappointed! A perfect holiday!!

The best of all things Punta Cana DR

Samantha, the owner is amazing to communicate with directly. She did an amazing job explaining everything, making sure we were well cared for and her descriptions of everything were spot on. Our family of four, stayed the last week of March and the 1st week of April. The property team, we worked with Jason, a local who spoke english, set up so many things for us, excursions, restaurants, local suggestions, and transportation, was a huge advantage, and a delight to work with. He made us feel like we lived there and were best friends. Always went out of the way to help out. The location is ideal for anyone who wants their own space to live, cook, relax and not feel like a resort. However you have the resort life all around you, just a few minutes walk in either direction on the beach. We ate at local restaurants that were all nearby. Maybe 10 minute walk to get to small shops, great food, and more local life. You can work with Jason for setting up rides, if you need to go further then comfortable walking distance, but Uber works just as well. We loved our time there. Will return in the future for sure.

2 weeks of bliss

The location was just what we were looking for. The set up of the unit has the kitchen, living area and deck on the second floor with windows all the way around. The view was beautiful and we have stayed in front row units and this was not inferior. Quick stroll to the beach. We were warned about the beach chairs by Samantha, and she is not kidding. That is an HOA issue and yes, they need replaced, although it was not something we couldn't fix with a couple extra towels. There is new construction going on slightly behind the unit but it was not bothersome to us. I would stay again, which is as strong of a recommendation as I can give.

An Amazing Vacation Spot

The Villa in Bavaro was perfect for our empty-nester vacation with friends. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals. The living area was generous with a huge sectional couch for comfy mornings relaxing with coffee before we started our day's adventure. The upper balcony provided beautiful sunrises and views of the ocean. Gregory, the property manager, arranged for an airport transfer service from and to the airport. He even arranged for our driver to stop at the grocery store and wait for us while we gathered provisions for the week. If you are looking for Caribbean turquoise water and white sandy beaches, this location is perfect. The beach is just steps out the door. There are restaurants up and down the beach and even more dining and convenience stores a few short blocks away. You don't need a car, there is plenty within walking distance. Everyone we met was so kind and helpful. We communicated with the owner and property manager via WhatsApp and they responded immediately - even delivered extra water jugs when we ran out. We felt very safe in this small excluded community and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for the full Punta Cana vacation experience.

Beautiful villa with an amazing view

We travel a lot and hands down this was one of the best properties we’ve stayed at! The host & property mgr were extremely helpful and very responsive. They arranged airport pick up (for a very reasonable fee) and greeted us upon arrival. The host checked in on us and provided great tips to ensure we had a great experience. The villa looks even better in person. It was super clean! The 2nd floor has a spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen, large dining table and access to the rooftop patio with two loungers. We enjoyed the unobstructed ocean views from the rooftop deck. On the main level, there are two spacious bedrooms with king beds. The beds were super comfortable…I slept like a baby! The main bedroom had a huge closet and a private bathroom. Both bathrooms were modern and clean. This villa felt like home!! The host provided everything we needed to enjoy the villa( quality linens, ample towels) and the beach (sunscreen, tanning lotion towels and a cooler). Literally the best amenities with all the comforts of home. The villa is located in a little neighborhood, walking distance to shops, restaurants and just steps from a white sandy beach!! We often returned late at night and felt completely safe walking home. There is limited parking in front of the villa. However, we had no issues parking at the end of the block. Make sure you eat at Dolce(Italian food-short walk from villa) or L’Osteria(on the beach) Highly recommend this property and host!

Great ocean and beach views from 2 story Bavaro Beach condo!

Our 2 story, 2 bedroom AC condo was steps from the famously beautiful Bavaro Beach! Located in Los Corales, an ex-pat community on the beach that hosts super resorts like Secrets, Dreams, Barcelona and more, you’ll find this gem of a condo that has great breezes, terrific views and a comfortable layout to enjoy a beach vacation. Many restaurants and beach bars are all in walking distance and the property has a beach guard 24/7 that also helps with setting up beach loungers under palapas. The bedrooms are air conditioned, so guests can choose either AC or beach breezes. As guests, we appreciated the fresh water gallons for drinking and making ice(can’t drink the tap water in the DR.) There is some construction which makes parking( if relevant to your stay) a little inconvenient, but we parked by the security gate and felt safe. We did experience the Caribbean sargasm during our March stay, but it was up and down the beach. The resorts use tractors to remove, while many of the condos employed labor to rake and bury. The sargasm is a Caribbean reality that has no reflection on the hosts or resorts. This unit is very comfortable and again, the pictures views are even better in person! Owner and Property Manager were extremely responsive and helpful. Wifi is everywhere on this beach zone, from restaurants to bars. Great trip!

Loved, loved, loved!

There is nothing bad I can say about this property. I would definitely stay here again. Samantha (Owner) and Greg (Property Mrg.) are very nice and very helpful. You'd be hard-pressed to find a property as large and as close to the beach for the price! The proximity to the beach can't be beaten. You can sit on the deck and look out at the ocean. What more could you want?! :) Michelle

Beautifu, Beautiful, Beautiful! Morning coffee on the balcony with an ocean view. Given the chance to have anything changed... my reply? Nothing. It was perfect. Within walking distance of a lot of shops and restaurants and just a few steps to the beach! Both Samantha and Gregory were a pleasure to work with!
