Great location with a terrific veranda and view!

We were initially booked at another property and moved here a couple weeks prior to our stay due to balcony reconstruction at the first property. This condo has a larger veranda (too big to be a balcony) and sits right on the shore - beautiful view and sound of the tide washing ashore. The condo was very clean and tidy and perfect for two couples for the week. Swimming pools were nice and a new fitness room on site as well. Only two downsides for us: another condo above us and two doors aouth was under remodeling startign promplty with the tile chisels at 8:30 a.m. (outside the control but it would have been nice to have a heads up so we could consider other available properties onsite. The second one is a big one - the shower in the main bedroom bath had just above a trickle for water pressure, and with my wife’s long hair… yeah, showers took a very long time. Our friends said pressure in the other bathroom was fine. Again, something to know and hopefully can be remedied. We loved the property and would rent here again.

Amazing Condo with Nearby Beach Access

This property is beautiful! The outside areas, such as the pool and hot tub, are much nicer than most places I have stayed in the past. And the 'green' area in the outdoor common area is just absolutely gorgeous! The condo itself was very large and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was also very nice that all of the rooms had direct access to the balcony. Our family really enjoyed the quiet atmosphere and the close access to Smathers Beach. We will be back!!

Great Condo on the beach

Had a wonderful stay and relaxing vacation and it was so nice to be able to walk to the beach every day. The pool was amazing and everyone was so nice there. Would highly recommend this property.

Nice condo with a great pool

Overall, our experience was great. The condo had everything you need though somewhat minimalistic except for towels. Plenty of towels to go around. The space of each room was great and the balcony was quite large with a view of the ocean though it is limited. The pool space is huge and lots of loungers and chairs. The only draw back is that the balcony faces S. Rosevelt blvd so there is constant traffic though you don’t hear it in the condo. We would stay here again.

Key West Trip

Very nice facility. While it was on the ocean you could not go into the water because of all the rocks. The only negative thing was that there were only two small hotel size shampoos for a week’s stay so we had to purchase a bottle while we were there.

Nice stay on Key West

The property is in a very nice location, close to a beach. We found that it is very easy to travel around the island on bicycles, and so in 11 min you can be right on Duval Street for your day/evening activities and back in quiet accommodation of Vista Fresco. Check in process can be better, without an extra trip to the main office ( 50 min walk, or 15 min nice ride). The condo is very well appointed with full kitchen, which is very convenient for long stays.

Quiet Tennis Resort in Key West!

Pros: 3 tennis courts (2 hard, 1 clay) and hitting walls (!), quiet location, pool, poolside wifi, sauna, outdoor hot tub, condo beach and chairs included, very close to Smathers Beach. Indoor parking, elevators, luggage carts. Large clean suite, well-equipped kitchen, tile floors, wide balcony, 3 TVs with cable, A/C, washer/dryer, 2 beach chairs, 1 beach umbrella, pool noodles, wifi included. Cons: A lot of pool restrictions. Non-swimmable condo beach. Location somewhat of a distance to Old Town. Landline phone didn't work, food processor didn't work unless you MacGyvered it, toaster slots too small for regular slices. Master toilet had some flushing issues. Problems listed above were very minor compared to the benefits. Quiet place, mostly older people but we liked it that way. Pool restrictions not a problem as the swimmable and the public beach is walking distance away. We rented bikes to get around. Tennis courts are under a reservation system. However people usually don't play tennis much after about 10 am so one could always get a court by then without having to reserve. Overall an excellent stay. Not cheap, but you get a lot for the price and it's comparable to similar places nearby. If you want a quiet stay in Key West where you can play or work on your tennis, this is the place!

Birthday Visit

The apartment was excellent— the only downside was the parking garage ceilng is low so we got a letter that we could not park the vehicle or the rented golf cart in the garage because of height and parking outside was a little scarce but no reflection on the stay - just want you to be aware of garage parking with a big vehicle.

Colorful condo

The condo was nice and also the pool area. Everything was as shown in photos. However the condo faces a busy street with constant traffic noise. The view of the ocean is obstructed by construction going on at the street and it was too noisy to sit on the patio. Beach is close by within walking distance but a vehicle or bicycle is needed or else uber to go to the activity on Duval Street.

Great getaway

Our family of four enjoyed our stay here. Responsiveness was exceptional - even on a holiday. The condo had everything we needed. Smathers Beach is a quick, easy walk from the property, and we made good use of the on-site tennis courts. We'd definitely stay here again.

Thanksgiving weekend

We had a great stay. The description was not so accurate as far as the beach. The beach there is not what we had in mind, although I’m aware that Key West is not a beach town.

Very nice apartment and location

The apartment and location were great. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because of a huge issue with the building manager which should not be a reflection of the property or the property manager which we’re excellent especially in such a tough situation. I will definitely be a repeat customer of the rental company but would never rent in this building again because of Diane the building manager. Reading prior reviews it seems there have been repeat issues with this person. Again the rental company was amazing and we appreciate all they did.

Beautiful property

The unit was roomy and well equipped. The pool was immaculate and the beach area and view were incredible. We loved how quiet the neighborhood was and it was just a 10 minute Uber ride from all of the action on Duval street. We plan to return as soon as possible!

Great spot

Great rental, we stayed with our two kids (4 and 6), check in was easy and the property was as described. The pool was perfect and we were a quick drive to all the restaurants and attractions. We had everything we needed and the covered parking was a bonus!
