Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located beach oasis

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located beach oasis. Beautiful Intracoastal views. Community dock provides easy access to kayaking, paddle boarding and fishing. Deeded boardwalk to the beach. Community pool, and a short walk or bike ride to Surf City shops and restaurants. Sleeps 8. One king, one queen, full over twin bunk beds, and one twin roll-away bed.

The home is located in a small community with a neighborhood dock providing access to the ICWW. It also has a community pool, and a deeded boardwalk to the beach for easy access and transportation of beach gear.

The home has a smart keypad. You will be provided a four-digit code prior to arrival that will allow you to easily lock and unlock the door.

Private, ground-level entrance. First floor has 2 bedrooms (one king, one queen) each with a private full bath, and laundry room. Second floor has an open floor plan kitchen and dining area, with another bedroom (twin over full bunk beds) and a full bath.

Security camera disclosure: Please note, we do have one external camera located above the carport entrance that provides a view of the carport and entryway door. This is solely for the security of our property and is the only camera on the premises.

Absolutely perfect, we didn’t want to leave!

This was hands down one of the best vacation rentals we’ve ever stayed at. The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a relaxing and fun beach week. From the moment we arrived, it felt like home, but better.The hosts were incredibly easy to communicate with and made everything seamless from check-in to check-out. The house came stocked with all the beach essentials: towels, chairs, toys, a beach wagon, tents, and umbrellas. It saved us so much space and hassle!One of our favorite parts was the private dock for fishing, a peaceful way to start and end the day. The views from the deck were breathtaking, especially during sunrise and sunset. And the bedrooms were so cozy and clean, waking up to the natural light and greenery was a dream.We truly didn’t want to leave and are already hoping to return next year. Highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a stress-free and magical coastal escape!

Great location - great view - stay here!

This is a great place in Surf City to stay with your family. The rooms are spacious and each have a bathroom, the upstairs kitchen and living area are great and the porch with the view of the sound is incredible. The location is perfect - you are 3 minutes from the pier and most restaurants and also have your own beach access across the street that is very easy to get to. Hosts are great and very responsive as well. Would recommend this to anyone visiting surf city

Great vacation spot

We had a fantastic time! The property is well maintained and well stocked, even a bag of local coffee was there for us. You cannot beat the peaceful feeling when you set outside on the back deck! Walking to the beach is super convenient (you can actually see it from the front deck!) because there is a walkway that goes straight up to it. Every person we met was kind and welcoming on the island. I would recommend the trip to anyone .

We had a great time staying in this home. Overall I was really impressed with the cleanliness, the location to the beach, and all the beach equipment that was provided during our stay. If felt like our little home away from home and we can't wait to come back! I'd highly recommend staying here if you're vacationing in the Topsail area!

We had a great time staying at Kristen’s place. The house was exactly as described and had everything we needed. Very well stocked. The location was close to restaurants and you need to visit the Trailer Bar! We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect!

The house was perfect for our visit from NY to spend Thanksgiving weekend with our son and grandchildren. The host was exceptional with timely responses and special requests. The beds and living area furniture were very comfortable!! The kitchen provided all we needed to make dips to bring to my son’s house for Thanksgiving. We had fun playing card games at the kitchen table . Bathrooms have all the products for showers! We will use again when we visit!!

From reservation to time to go home, the host, Kristen was a perfect host. The property was as described in Vrbo and much more. Beautiful views and short walk to beach. Home is well supplied with what you will need, including beach chairs and towels. Look forward to returning in the future.

Great family home with great location

Our family had a lovely stay at this property. Property manager was wonderful from the start through check out. House was very clean upon arrival. Plenty of beach chairs, beach towels and kids toys! Beds were so comfortable! Laundry room well stocked as well. Beach access is located across the road with a nice wooden walkway. I would recommend bringing dish towels, dish cloths and pot holders for kitchen use along with additional garbage bags, paper towels and toilet paper. The back upper deck could use some TLC but we still enjoyed the views and morning coffee. Thank you for the gracious hosting!

Wonderful house in a great location

Don't let the stylized photos fool you - this place is even better than the photos! The view out back on the marsh is absolutely gorgeous! We loved the dock and being able to drop the kayak right in and explore. The house was spotless and just a short walk to the beach. And it was stocked with anything you could possibly need. We had a quick question for Kristin and she answered our call right away and took care of our little issue right away. We definitely recommend this property and will hopefully be back again.

We loved it!

We had the best time staying at Cray Sea 8. The house was stocked with anything that you need. The declarations were so cute and the beds were very comfortable. The view off of the back deck was spectacular. I loved the little touches like, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in every bathroom. We would definitely recommend and will be back again. Thank you!

We stayed just a few nights. All the beds were comfortable and the home is exceptionally clean. Thank you for keeping cleaning supplies in the home to help guests keep things neat. There were also plenty of pots and pans and dishes. Plenty of beach chairs. I was glad I brought our beach wagon as it is a little ways to get to the beach. I highly recommend bringing one to make your trips back and forth much easier. I loved having my morning coffee and watching the sunsets w a cocktail off the back porch. An unexpected treat! The only thing I would suggest would be to give the outdoor patio furniture on the back porch and the decking some love. The sun and wind have worn them out. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay and we hope to return soon!

Wonderful home in a quiet neighborhood with a beautiful view off the back patios. Homeowners were very helpful and communicated with us whenever needed. Beautiful Inter coastal waterway view!!

Very acceptable. So grateful the host allows pets. Beds comfortable, kitchen well equipped. Only recommendation is I feel the carpets and floors would benefit from a deep cleaning. Then I would have given it a 5 star rating.

Our Best Beach Getaway Yet

We thoroughly enjoyed CraySea8! This unit was so well located - directly across from the intimate pool, a short walk to private beach access, and a stone's throw from restaurants, shopping, and family-friendly activities. The view from the back balcony was breathtaking! The property was clean and peppered with guest-friendly personal touches. The owner was responsive and immediately reached out to a missed call from us. The only recommendations we have would be to upgrade the coffee pot to a Keurig and provide a blender. We hope to go back SOON!
