The bedroom offers a double bed (140x200), neatly made with hotel-quality linens. A wardrobe is also available for you to store your belongings and feel right at home.

The bathroom includes a sink, mirror, shower, and toilet.

Wi-Fi is available throughout your stay.

For your safety, a smoke detector is installed.

The apartment is professionally cleaned between each stay.
This accommodation is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

Charenton-le-Pont is a charming town on the doorstep of Paris, offering a peaceful environment while being perfectly connected to the capital. Located to the east of the city, between the Seine River and the Bois de Vincennes, it is known for its friendly atmosphere, quiet streets, local shops, and green spaces. It’s an ideal starting point for exploring Paris while enjoying the calm of a residential neighbourhood. With the metro and major roads close by, you can reach the heart of Paris in just a few minutes.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest metro station, Liberté (line 8), is just a 4-minute walk.

Orly Airport is approximately a 25-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.).

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum.

For any reservation exceeding 30 days, a civil or mobility lease will need to be signed upon your arrival and departure, along with an inventory conducted with one of our agents. A deposit will also be required.
