Our stay was great! Perfect for the two of us for a long weekend stay. The place was clean, very private and prepped with thoughtful odds and ends (coffee, sparkling water, hair dryer, etc.) We loved the location being close to a walking trail and various trail heads within a mile or so. Also walking distance to a market and a quick ride into downtown Boulder. Thank you for a great stay!

We had a lovely time at this adorable guest suite in a picturesque setting. The hosts were welcoming and accommodating, and the location was great! We enjoyed a morning walk along the adjacent trail to Wonderland Lake and the location was convenient to downtown Boulder! Would definitely recommend!

It was a wonderful respite. Walking/hiking nearby. Musical venue in Boulder. Glimpse of the Aurora Borealis. The Host was gracious. Loved the ambiance. The jet tub, shower were especially welcome. All was just right.

The property was located in a quiet part of town, next to walking/ hiking trails and near downtown and shopping areas without being in the middle of them. It was clean and well stocked and the owners responded to questions immediately. We had a lovely experience and would stay here again.

I appreciated having coffee and light snacks on the kitchen counter as well as water in the refrigerator. The lighting in the space is terrific, and the skylight allows the bathroom to feel connected to nature. The only item that could be added would be shower gel.

Suited all my needs perfectly; the peaceful neighborhood, the private studio space with ample room as well as a fenced yard. Appreciated the large airy bathroom, great workspace, comfortable couch for relaxing and thoughtful amenities throughout. Susan & Fiona are respectful, kind and responsive hosts.

I can’t say enough good things about my experience. This was exactly what I needed for my time in Boulder: it was clean, quiet, peaceful, restful. Great walking trails are literally across the street. Hosts are so incredibly kind and amenable. Bed was insanely comfortable. Kitchenette was perfect. All in all, a 12/10, and I look forward to my next visit

Great location in quiet neighborhood with immediate access to hiking trails around Wonderland Lake. We would stay again, for sure. Only complaint is there were sounds from attached house. We could hear conversations and cocktail shaker.

Hi Dan - Thanks for the feedback and we weren’t aware of any conversations being an issue. We didn’t do any cocktail shaking but you may have heard our coffee grinder.

Cute and Quiet Place

Perfect place in town that’s quiet and clean. Easy check in/out. Studio is attached to the house, but still private. Separate entrance and parking right outside. Close to coffee and market.

Fun stay in Boulder

My girlfriend and I had a great time throughout our stay in Boulder. The location of the property was great being close to the CU Boulder campus. This gave us plenty of restaurant, bar, and shopping options to choose from. We even enjoyed the walking area around the property. I suggest the Lost Gulch Overlook in Boulder. Or, the Peak to Peak byway if you have the time the views are incredible. Thank you Fiona for being a great host!

Great everything!

You can't go wrong with this place. It's in a great location across the street from a walking trail. So if you want to include a walk or run with your stay, then this place has it covered. The suite was very clean and tidy. The kitchen and bathroom was amply equipped for two people. It was very cozy and comfortable all around. The private entrance and parking area were very convenient. Fiona was very responsive to any needs and also let us know in advance that she was resetting the WiFi router.

Beautiful Boulder

Boulder is an amazing community, and so easily explored from Fiona and Susan’s comfortable and well furnished apartment. I loved every minute of my trip and would definitely recommend a stay here.

Clean, Cozy, Comfortable

The streamlined decor of this small, hotel like room says a lot about the care given to create a wonderful place to stay. We were there for 7 days and found the place to be quiet and very livable for 2 adults. Only problem was our not reading the info completely...there is no stove top! BUT, there are great places to eat nearby!!!
