Suited all my needs perfectly; the peaceful neighborhood, the private studio space with ample room as well as a fenced yard. Appreciated the large airy bathroom, great workspace, comfortable couch for relaxing and thoughtful amenities throughout. Susan & Fiona are respectful, kind and responsive hosts.

Our stay was great! Perfect for the two of us for a long weekend stay. The place was clean, very private and prepped with thoughtful odds and ends (coffee, sparkling water, hair dryer, etc.) We loved the location being close to a walking trail and various trail heads within a mile or so. Also walking distance to a market and a quick ride into downtown Boulder. Thank you for a great stay!

Great location in quiet neighborhood with immediate access to hiking trails around Wonderland Lake. We would stay again, for sure. Only complaint is there were sounds from attached house. We could hear conversations and cocktail shaker.

The property was located in a quiet part of town, next to walking/ hiking trails and near downtown and shopping areas without being in the middle of them. It was clean and well stocked and the owners responded to questions immediately. We had a lovely experience and would stay here again.

We had a lovely time at this adorable guest suite in a picturesque setting. The hosts were welcoming and accommodating, and the location was great! We enjoyed a morning walk along the adjacent trail to Wonderland Lake and the location was convenient to downtown Boulder! Would definitely recommend!

Couldn't be more perfect!

Amazing stay! Everything about the property was as described. Hosts were super friendly, and made it feel like a home away from home. Couldn't ask for more! A must stay if you're looking for a place in Boulder!!!!!!!!!

Fun stay in Boulder

My girlfriend and I had a great time throughout our stay in Boulder. The location of the property was great being close to the CU Boulder campus. This gave us plenty of restaurant, bar, and shopping options to choose from. We even enjoyed the walking area around the property. I suggest the Lost Gulch Overlook in Boulder. Or, the Peak to Peak byway if you have the time the views are incredible. Thank you Fiona for being a great host!

Cute and Quiet Place

Perfect place in town that’s quiet and clean. Easy check in/out. Studio is attached to the house, but still private. Separate entrance and parking right outside. Close to coffee and market.

Beautiful Boulder

Boulder is an amazing community, and so easily explored from Fiona and Susan’s comfortable and well furnished apartment. I loved every minute of my trip and would definitely recommend a stay here.

Clean, Cozy, Comfortable

The streamlined decor of this small, hotel like room says a lot about the care given to create a wonderful place to stay. We were there for 7 days and found the place to be quiet and very livable for 2 adults. Only problem was our not reading the info completely...there is no stove top! BUT, there are great places to eat nearby!!!

Quiet, private, updated and clean with gorgeous view.

We were in town for parents weekend and very much enjoyed coming back to the property after all the hustle and bustle of the events at CU. We took a great hike right from our door! Even though we did not see Fiona and Susan in person, they were lighting quick with responses to questions. I would certainly stay here again and hope the property is free for our next trip out to Boulder.

So clean, aesthetically pleasing, nice bed,sheets, blankets, pillows, they covered everything you might need with their quality amenities. Beautiful location and quiet. When I visit again this is the first place I’ll try to book! Wonderful owners too!!

Just what we needed

We were in Boulder for a wedding and wanted a private space from all of the craziness of the family and friends staying at the hotel. This was such a cute, comfortable place, and was located close to everything. The owners were wonderful and the place was clean. I'd stay again.

Everything we could hope for and reasonably priced.

The neighborhood was beautiful and the views were stunning. The suite was modern, bright, artfully designed, immaculate, spacious, private and very well-equipped. Fiona and Susan were delightful and very respectful of our privacy. We had our own parking area and entrance gate. We also enjoyed the lovely deck and yard with rock gardens and outdoor seating. There were running trails outside the door and beautiful parks within walking/running distance. Pearl Street was only a couple miles away, as were all of the wedding events we came to attend. This was our first VRBO and a wonderful experience. If/when we plan another trip to Boulder, this will be our first choice for housing.
