- A 35 m² living room with a dining area and a sleeping area with a double sofa bed and a bunk bed (sleeps 2)
- An open-plan kitchen with appliances including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob, etc.
- A 5 m² shower room with shower and WC

- The neighbors have two dogs. Their space is well delimited by a fence and an electric wire. There may be occasional barking.
