Welcome to KER AVEL, a lovely house just renovated located a few steps from the beach.



The Space:

This house is ideal for hosting families. As soon as you enter, you will find a playroom for children: television, game console, board games... The television also has access to Netflix, Canal+ and Amazon Prime.

On the other side of the corridor, is the large living area, it consists of a comfortable living room, as well as a large open kitchen including the dining space.

Still on the ground floor, you will also find a separate toilet and a bathroom with bathtub / shower.



The 3 bedrooms are located upstairs. You will find 2 double rooms, one equipped with a 140x190 bed and the second with a 160x200 bed. You will also find a children's room with a single bed and a triple bunk bed with 3 levels (not suitable for adults). You will also find a bathroom with WC on this floor.



Outside you can enjoy a garden sheltered from children to have lunch with family, have a drink or have breakfast.

Children can also enjoy a trampoline that is provided.

The owner also provides a kayak with life jackets.



The house is ideally located on the port of Portsall, the beach is 200m on foot, the port which has bars, restaurants and some shops is only 500m away.



The little extras you won't find elsewhere? Bed and bathroom linen provided (sheets, covers, pillowcases, towels, tea towels), as well as a digital welcome booklet explaining how the house works and which will advise you on activities to do and tourist sites to visit!



The surroundings offer numerous opportunities for discovery and activities: walks in the Abers or on the GR34, sailing, local markets, small fishing ports and typical restaurants to savour Breton specialities. This accommodation is the perfect starting point for exploring this magnificent region between land and sea.

Smokers are accepted but only outside the house. Parties are also prohibited.



This house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
