I'm an experience traveler that has been renting vacation spaces for many years. I much prefer a well thought out residential property with all the comforts of home. This was my winter home so you will not be lacking for any bell or whistle. I'm a golfer and an outdoorsman (biking & hiking). I'm the founder of Qi.Golf and practice daily. This property has walking distance access to both golf (or short drive) and Tucson Loop Bike Path. I'm currently working in Oregon and want to share my Zen space with a group than can appreciate and care for it as I do.

I looked long and hard for a space that accommodated my Qi.Golf practice. This is it. Both the indoor & outdoor spaces (visible from inside) offer nature at its finest despite being located nearby every commercial requirement (recreation, dining & shopping). It's very unique.

How do you wish to spend your long-term vacation? The only thing that isn't close by is an ocean. What we have is privacy & amenities, recreation (golf, swimming, tennis, pickleball, biking, hiking) and just plain relaxing. Read, write, exercise or whatever floats your boat. If you have any question about surrounding activities that interest you, let us know.
