This one-bedroom, one-bath Tennis Villas condo is located in the peaceful surroundings of the Amelia Island Plantation! The Plantation offers access to multiple restaurants, pools, beach, bike paths, and more, and is just minutes from downtown Fernandina Beach! This dog-friendly condo comes with a private washer/dryer, a flatscreen TV, free WiFi, a private balcony, and even a community pool!

Vacasa was wonderful to work with. Room was clean and everything was perfect. Enjoyed the porch. Room was equipped with everything yew needed. Even batteries for the remote when we had to change them. Perfect vacation. Will stay again thank you vacasa.

We enjoyed our stay

We greatly appreciated the very responsive service (any questions or requests we had were immediately responded to and addressed). The room we stayed in was clean, the only issue was a slight ant problem that was immediately addressed when I reported it. We loved that there was a place to securely lock-up our bikes and we really enjoyed exploring all of the waking and biking trails, the nature around the area is beautiful!

Perfect place for a mini Vacation

This was perfect! Quite and set back in the wooded area near the tennis courts. A little hard to find by the address, but the phone number given was helpful. The patio was a great place to have our morning coffee. The beds were amazing, so cozy and comfortable. The mini fridge has an ice maker, but there was also ice machine by the elevator. They had a few cups and plates, microwave and a coffee maker. We tried many of the on site restaurants within the resort area that this was in. It was amazing, we will definitely be staying here again. The food was amazing and we enjoyed every minute of the 4 days we stayed.

I never stayed in unit. It was not an efficiency Only two beds, No chair to sit on. No kitchen workspace only a small and refirdge under small counter YOU SCAMMED me Going to call the Govenor of Florida to report Scam because unit does not exist on Real-estate taxes I never stayed there as the unit caused me anxiety.

NOT WORTH IT!

I never received confirmation/check in information. My partner and I drives around for almost 2 hours just to find the neighborhood and building we were supposed to be in. This was After reaching out twice. Once we found our room the door code did not work. Once inside the room was filthy. Leftover hair was everywhere, shower was moldy and had tons of soap scum. The floor were also dirty and the room was dusty. The sheets felt like plastic which I didn’t even think was possible. This place was a complete disappointment.

Filthy Floors

We enjoyed our stay except for the floors being super filthy! We had to wash our feet each time we walked barefoot on the floors. Obviously havent been mopped in a long time!

Tennis Villa Hideaway

The room and bathroom were very clean. The bathroom was spacious with two sinks. The beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the balcony as it was the best place to eat and very private. The kitchen space was very small and there was no real counter space to speak of in the area. It is great if you just want a space for breakfast and lunch as this efficiency only has a microwave but no stove. The pool area was very nice, and the pool well taken care of for swimming. We were house hunting, so we did not stay in the room for any long period of time except to eat and sleep. There was beach access in a little over a half mile walk. There was also beach access with a very small parking area where we had no trouble parking, but it was February. The management company was very quick to respond to a small problem with the balcony door. All in all, a great experience.
