This second floor condo is well situated directly across from a beach access! It is perfect for a couple or a family of 4
The cute condo in the Port of Call complex has Wifi, stacked washer/dryer, and ceiling fans throughout. Linens and towels are provided, but please bring your own beach towels.

The living area is comfortable and enjoyable for watching TV or simply reading a book! From the living area, walk out onto the second floor balcony and enjoy the ocean breezes!

The galley kitchen is equipped for preparing your meals at home. There is a breakfast bar with four chairs for grabbing a quick breakfast before heading to the beach! There is also a high top table and stools for extra seating.

The master bedroom has a queen size bed and en suite bathroom with vanity and tub/shower combination. The second bedroom has twin beds. There is a second bathroom that has a vanity with tub/shower combo.

Outside stairs lead up to the rooftop deck that offers a bird's eye view of the beach and ocean! Sit back and relax in the chairs while enjoying the ocean breeze!

Within walking distance, is a popular restaurant/bar that has a large deck and nightly music. Enjoy a shrimp basket or burger for a fun atmosphere and a night of not having to cook!

There is assigned parking in front of the condo.

Relaxing and unwinding on the rooftop deck will become your favorite spot! You will fall in love with this laid back island life, so please come back soon!

Good location, very clean, and all the appliances worked. However, the pillows & mattresses were very uncomfortable, the drain stoppers were missing in the bathroom sinks, and most of the furniture was very worn.

The property was amazing! It felt like a home away from home. The neighbors were very sweet and nice, and made us feel at home as well! The property was a super close walk to the beach, and the property manager was oustanding! 10/10 recommend for a vacation on Fernandina beach!

Nice getaway with our daughter and her husband

We had everything we needed. It's across the street from the beach access. We would have liked to use the front balcony but the slider is still broken. There is a rooftop deck which was really great to relax on, so the broken door wasn't much of an issue. We appreciated the washer and dryer in unit and the kitchen was fully stocked with what we needed for cooking. We'd stay here again.

The location was ideal for the car show and great for walking our dogs on the beach. The sliding doors to the balcony were inoperable, this should have been repaired before we arrived or communicated in advance. It was very disappointing to not be able to open those doors and use the main balcony.

Great 2b2ba condo steps from beach. Only negative...Front deck sliders were not working so we could not sit outside. Side deck was ok for coffee in am but only 2 folks fit with chair comfortably. Roof deck was cool with great views but this week it was too windy to really enjoy it.

I have always had excellent rentals through VRBO. This one was disappointing from a cleanliness perspective. Prior to my stay someone must have stayed with dogs. There was fur in the ceiling returns, on the baseboards and in the louvered door to the AC. As well there are signs of mold in several spots (I have photos if needed). On a positive note the after hours emergency number was excellent as the AC stopped working - response was prompt and the AC was repaired within an hour! Location is nice but the cleanliness is a major issue! Please feel free to contact me directly if desired - I am sure the owners would not want thier property to be rented this way!

Great for short visit.

The apartment was nice size, I had marked on my application that I was handicapped and being on the second floor was a little problematic. The bed in the master bedroom was a torture rack, after a few hours we discovered that the twin beds were much more comfortable and that is where we slept. But the twin beds are noisy when you attempt to change positions. The toilet seat in the hall bathroom is lose and needs attention. I was really astounded that the sliding glass door was still in a state of disrepair. I called the office and asked if we could move to another unit and they told me to open the door and to be careful with it, they have the new parts on order. Overall it was nicely furnished and the HVAC system worked perfectly.

This place was super clean! Perfect for the 4 of us and our 2 dogs. So close to the beach!!! And close to the lake to beach trail which was perfect to walk the dogs. I’d go back again in a heartbeat. Thank you!
