Remodeled Home has the comfort you've been looking for. Large Living Area with fireplace, 6 person dining seating. All new furnishings/appliances. 1 Car Attached Garage. 4th Room is a separate Work Space/Office with Desk and Monitor. TV's in every bedroom and in living room. Master Bedroom w/it's own bathroom and walk in closet. 2nd bedroom has Queen Bed. 3rd Bedroom has 2 Full Beds. All Bedrooms have Blackout Curtains. Includes all utilities, gardener and super high speed wifi/internet at over 900 MB up and downloads. Fireplace with Duralogs available. Plenty of on property parking. Now with outdoor Patio Covers and BBQ area. Available for short and long term. Walk to Martin's BBQ Joint, Amish County Market, Breweries, Historic Dist. and many more eateries, etc.

Best place to stay in Nolensville

I’ve stayed in several rentals over the years and this home is my favorite. The location was close to everything we needed. Lots of restaurants to choose from. The home was cozy and had a door between the bedrooms and family room which was great since I’m a night owl and the rest of my family go to sleep at 9p. I appreciated having a washer/ dryer and all supplies included. Miki was very helpful when I had trouble booking my stay and extending my stay. all supplies included. Also v

Ok the front storm door bracket stuck came off ny husband in small office desk..it was not broke just udk ive had them stick before at my home. But either way im very pleased with our stay.

Plumbing issues at the property

The first day that my family and I made it to this location, there was a plumbing issue. It wasn’t reported to the property owner because we plunged it and things started to work again. The night there, we had to reach out to the local contact person because water started to back up in both tubs, one of the sinks and both toilets. He said that we couldn’t stay there but he had to reach out to the owner. She stayed in a different State. Not one time did she nor the local contact accommodate us with getting a hotel room or anything but she e couldn’t use the bathroom or take a shower. We had to travel across town in order to bathe. It was like okay, just don’t use the bathrooms or for that fact, no water at all. Dang, no we will put you all in a room for the night or nothing. Everything was good until we find out that the property had plumbing issues.

At Home

We felt like we were at home. Wanted to stay longer. The location was quiet but close to everything we needed. Great sleeping arrangements and all the amenities we needed. Thank you for making your home comfortable.

4 Stars! Great Getaway!

Modest Modern Accommodations & Meticulously clean. Beautiful yard & Patio. Great location close to restaurants, shopping & fuel. Prior to my arrival Miki reached out to inform us that the Property Mgr will be stopping in day of to swap out 2 frying pans for new ones because the existing ones were scratched. The pans were definitely usable but Miki graciously insisted she wanted them replaced. Miki is a very attentive host. Great communicator and lovely property. Some spices needed to be replenished but otherwise everything was as described. We will be back!

Great house, great location

House was clean and well stocked. Convient to all the areas we wanted to visit plus Nashville. Beds are very comfortable and the TVs in all the rooms worked well. Miki was a great host and communication was great. Overall a great experience. If we are ever back in the area we will be staying here again.

Miki and Quinn are mom and son team. Miki has been a Realtor for over 34 years. Quinn and his brother, Grey, graduated from The University of Arizona. Travis (other son/brother) resides in Michigan with his wife and two boys. Grey lives with his new bride in Henderson, NV. Quinn and I are partners on this property. He is also on my real estate team - The Edwards Homes Team at Compass brokerage. Quinn is also newly married and also have a 1 yr old boy, named Zeke. Quinn and I both enjoy golf, pickleball, cornhole and working out. We also own 2 Short Term Rentals Carlsbad, CA.

We love the ammenities surrounding this home. We are also within 20-30 minutes from the airport (BNA) and downtown Nashville. Close to Nashville and walkability to the breweries, restaurants, Williamson Recreation Center, and Amish Market.

Walking distance to Historic Nolensville. Close to our favorite restaurant, Martins BBQ Joint and in a great county - Williamson County. The schools here rate at around 9/10.
