Combining comfort, brightness and functionality, this house is ideal for a family or a group of friends in search of well-being and serenity.
Located in a quiet environment, it offers quality services, both inside and outside.

Parking & Private garage:
A garage attached to the house allows you to park your car, motorcycle or bicycles in complete safety, with direct access from the inside. An extra place is also available in front of the house.

A spacious & friendly interior:
As soon as you enter, let yourself be seduced by a large living room bathed in light thanks to a large bay window opening onto the terrace and the swimming pool.
- Spacious living room to relax;
- Open and fully equipped kitchen, ideal for preparing good meals just like at home. You have at your disposal a toaster, an electric kettle, a coffee machine (Bosch Tassimo), a blender, an electric fryer, a raclette machine.

Sleeping area:
- First floor: an elegant master suite comprising a bedroom with King size bed (180x200), dressing room, private bathroom with Italian shower, and direct access to the terrace.
- Upstairs: two comfortable bedrooms with Queen size beds (160x200), sharing a modern travertine bathroom with corner bath, Italian shower and illuminated mirror.

Two separate toilets (one on the first floor, one upstairs) complete the space.

Outdoor & Relaxing:
Enjoy a green garden and a large shaded terrace to meet around a sunny breakfast or a barbecue dinner thanks to the barbecue provided.
Let yourself be tempted by the beautiful private swimming pool (7 × 3m) and secure, perfect for cooling off in peace.
Extend your summer holidays... in spring and autumn, thanks to our heated swimming pool, available from April to October.
For moments of idleness, deckchairs are at your disposal. And for young and old, water games are also provided.
