Other highlights include an updated kitchen, new flooring, upscale furnishings, and a bunk alcove. Relax in the living area, furnished with two armchairs and a queen sofa bed. Stream new movies and favorite shows on the smart TV. Home chefs will be delighted to find stainless steel appliances and granite countertops in the kitchen. Perch at the kitchen bar for three as dinner simmers. When you’re ready to eat, gather around the table in the dining area.

The covered balcony offers sprawling views of the Gulf. Start your vacation days with morning coffee at the bistro table. You’ll find an abundance of lounge seating around each of the sparkling pools. The hot tub invites you to unwind into vacation mode. THINGS TO KNOW
Guests will need to directly pay the resort a $50 registration fee upon arrival, which covers parking passes and armbands. Guests may purchase one additional parking pass for $30.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
