Le petit Santafé

Located at the end of a path "Le petit Santafé", pretty stone house recently renovated, nestled between the forest and the vineyards will seduce you for a holiday with family or friends.

Composed of four bedrooms, a large kitchen and a pleasant exterior, long weekends and holidays promise to be calm and relaxed.

Ideally located in a green setting, The house is not isolated, however, you can enjoy the shops and the market of Sainte Foy la Grande.


The accommodation
After parking your cars in the private parking lot (with charging socket for electric vehicle) you can head toward the house by taking a small path along the garden of about 2,000 m².

This small path will take you to the south-west facing terrace on which you can enjoy the long summer evenings.

From the terrace, you can directly access the fully equipped and spacious kitchen, ideal for preparing with others, as well as an adjoining dining room.
(large fridge-freezer, induction hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso and Bodum coffee maker, kettle, toaster)

Next you can go to the living room enjoying a beautiful view of the garden and the vineyards below where you can enjoy the find spaces for adults and children.

You will then have access to the long corridor leading to the sleeping area (separated from the living room by an insulating door) where there is a separate toilet and a small laundry room equipped with a washer-dryer.

Then come the bedrooms:
- A bedroom with 1 bunk bed + 1 drawer bed, i.e. 3x 90
- A PRM bedroom with 1 bed 140 + 1 bed 90 and its shower room / WC
- A bedroom two single beds 2x80 or 1x160
- A bedroom with 1 bed 160 + 1 single bed
- A second bathroom with bathtub (+ shower screen) and toilet.

Additional information
- The house is not air-conditioned but stays cool in summer thanks to its large stone walls.
- The garden is not fenced
- Wifi
- The rental includes cleaning, provision of bed linen, towels and dish towels / hand dryer.
Guest access
The accommodations are entirely at your disposal as well as the garden.
Other remarks
The House can accommodate 8 people comfortably and up to 10 people (we will ask you for an extra charge on arrival of 30€ per person per night).

Evenings are allowed in accordance with our neighbours, we talk in a low voice from 10pm and everything goes inside from midnight.

Several activities possible from the gîte:
- Many hikes are nearby (passage of Santiago de Compostela)
- Bardoulets beach (supervised swimming in the Dordogne) 10 min walk with various activities offered by the CAP 33 during the summer
- Lac de Gurson leisure centre 20 minutes away
- Canoe trip on the Dordogne 10 min walk
- Tennis courts 10 minutes walk
- Golf des Vigiers 13km

The Sainte Foy train station (10 minutes) will also allow you to reach the main cities of the region: Bergerac in (20 min), Saint-Émilion (30 min), Bordeaux (50 min) and Sarlat (1h20).

We love animals very much, but to facilitate the maintenance of our home, we ask that you do not take them with you.
