Two cozy cocoons await you, bathed in soft light, tastefully decorated, and open to the surrounding greenery. Absolute calm, plush bedding, fresh linens—you’ll love lingering in bed here.

🛋️ The Two Living Rooms
The first, located upstairs, is a true observatory over the Seine. Settle in by the fireplace with a good book and let the panoramic river view carry you away.
The second, more intimate, is made for relaxation: vintage piano, soft sofas, wood-burning stove, and a projector for Netflix—the perfect spot to unwind after a stroll or a romantic dinner.

🍽️ The Kitchen
Spacious, welcoming, and fully equipped, it inspires you to cook, chat, and share. Around the large central island, breakfast stretches on, and aperitifs turn into cherished memories.

🌿 The Outdoor Terrace
A true gem, the terrace is the soul of the houseboat: a large dining table, barbecue, cozy lounge seating, string lights, and a ping-pong table—all with the Seine as your backdrop.
In the morning for coffee, in the afternoon to soak up the sun, and in the evening for dinner under the stars—here, time slows down.

The apartment is entirely reserved for guests, giving you full and exclusive access to all areas of Parenthèse sur l’eau – Calme & Élégance à Saint-Cloud.
Whether you're relaxing in the cozy living room or enjoying the comfort of the bedroom, you'll feel right at home and fully enjoy your stay in total privacy.

However, if you plan to arrive after 11 PM, it’s essential that you consult and carefully follow the self check-in guide provided. This guide is designed to help you access the property smoothly and independently, even outside of my available hours.

Please note that after 11 PM, I will unfortunately no longer be able to respond to your messages or assist you if needed. So make sure everything is prepared in advance to avoid any issues upon late arrival.

The apartment is non-smoking.
Parties are strictly not allowed to ensure the peace and quiet of the property and respect for the neighbors.
A baby crib is available upon request for an additional fee of €40.
Any party or unauthorized gathering will result in immediate eviction from the apartment.
Self check-in is available 24/7, giving you full flexibility for your arrival.
Phone support is available daily from 9:00 AM to 11:00 PM.
Unfortunately, the apartment is not suitable for guests with reduced mobility (PMR).
