This is a well appointed and Immaculate unit. Sleeps six. Fantastic pool overlooking the Cumberland River. Two bedroom & One Full bath, one 1/2 bath. Queen bed in both bedrooms, and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room area. There are 3 TVs in this unit, one in living room and one in each bedroom. Keurig coffee maker, coffee/tea and toaster is provided to get your morning started!
This Unit is just steps from the Nashville baseball stadium, walking distance to downtown, Convention Center, Titan Stadium, Farmers market, Greenways, Downtown honky tonks, Ryman Auditorium, Musicians Hall of Fame, Tennessee Performing Arts Center, 5th Ave Arts District,Easy Uber/Lyft ride everywhere! If you have a car, Covered parking is available directly adjacent to this unit!

This is a good choice if you are not wanting to be in the heart of the music scene, it overlooks the river and is a lovely view.

Good Value

Clean place, easy check in, responsive host! Pretty basic 2br condo with view of the river. A bit of a walk to downtown Nashvegas, but Uber or scooters make it easy to get around. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent stay

The property is presented very well, and is conveniently located for downtown Nashville. A 10-15minute walk gets you to the centre of the action. Ubers are plentiful for visits further away, so car hire is not a necessity. The hosts communication was excellent, very prompt, clear and helpful. We had a brilliant stay and would use this property and host again if we’re ever back in Nashville in the future.

Nashville weekend

The condo was very clean and nicely decorated. Rebecca provided many extras that we were pleasantly surprised with. She was available to answer all of our questions. We will definitely stay here again!

The property was clean. Upstairs neighbors a bit loud and the construction across the street also a bit loud (only temporary). Would stay here again.

Great Nashville location

We particularly enjoyed the riverfront location, the convenient parking, and the view from the unit. The 20 minute walk along the river to lower Broadway was short enough to enjoy, but far enough away from the noise and congestion. The furniture was comfortable, and the linens, pillows, and towels were top notch. We would stay here again on our next visit.

We had a great trip! The condo was very clean, the owners/managers were extremely polite with great communications. It's 15-20 minute walk down to Broadway or $15-$18 Uber.

Great stay for our girls trip

The place was wonderful and close to broadway! Ubers were cheap and easy to get anywhere we wanted to go! Rebecca was great and the place was perfect for the four of us! We had a great time!

Weekend getaway

Great condo! 4 adults stayed and had plenty of room. Very good location to everything downtown. Very clean,quite and safe. Bonus with covered parking.

Downtown Nashville is truly a one-of-a-kind experience. With the famous “honky tonks” on Broadway and 2nd Avenue, which feature live music every day of the week, and the constant events going on at Bridgestone, LP Field, the Ryman, and Riverfront, Nashville has earned the nickname “Nashvegas”. If you are in Downtown Nashville, you can definitely walk everywhere in the vicinity of “downtown” and to a few of other areas.

Our neighborhood is next to the River, and between 1/2 to 4 miles from any other popular attraction.
