On the heights of Cerdon in a quiet area, in a green setting at the foot of the hill, the gîte du Vieux Tonneau completely renovated and tastefully decorated in a pleasant and silent setting welcomes you as a couple or as a family.
The fenced terrace, not overlooked all fitted out (garden furniture, parasol, barbecue/plancha, sunbathing, table football) will bring you relaxation and the possibility of having your meals in the company of birdsong.
The accommodation upstairs comprises: a living room which opens onto the terrace with a kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, an oven, a microwave, fridge/freezer, SENSEO coffee maker, filter coffee maker, steamer, raclette machine, crockery and kitchen utensils.
A dining area and the living room with a sofa, an armchair, a coffee table, a television, a desk and a pellet stove which provides heating for the cottage.
Upstairs 2 bedrooms, one with a bed of 160x200 and a second with 2 beds of 90x190.
A large bathroom with a 100 cm sink, a walk-in shower, a washing machine, a changing table with bathtub. Toilets on the 2 floors.
1 bath towel and 1 towel provided as well as hand towels.

Non-smoking house except on the terrace.

Pets are not allowed (even small ones)

The cleaning fee is added to the price of the stay, i.e. 36 €, it is the guarantee for you and for us to rent a clean and well-maintained house.
