Two Full Baths in Newly Renovated ski golf Condo! New on Market!!

Newly Renovated Condo with two new full bathrooms! Set on the 2nd hole of Minerals golf course. Minutes from the Mountain Creek Ski area, snow tubing, water park and 6 premier golf courses. Our unit is located in a quiet building which is perfect for families with 24 hr security. We recently spent over 40K on renovations, the unit is in fantastic condition with new bathrooms, flooring, carpeting, most of the furniture is new and we would like to keep it that way. Absolutely no parties or guests other than those listed on our contract. Hopefully this works for you if not you may want to choose another listing.

Keyli and her family were great guests! Their daughter eight year old Dulce left an adorable note and a two page book about her stay. She liked the spiral staircase and BIG bed and much she liked her new house for two days! I sure hope they come back sometime, I will be sure to leave extra snacks and probably ring her Ice cream!

This location is outstanding! My family and I had a wonderful stay..there was plenty of room for everyone..the condo was clean and comfortable..There is everything you need to feel at home and more. The location is quiet and set back up the mountain off the main road. The gated community provides a safe and worry free stay.The bathrooms are very new and have awesome showers!! We felt very at home here and comfortable. Will hope to rent again sometime in the near future!! But in warmer weather lolThank you for a great weekend Steve!!

Fantastic Stay!

We had a great stay. The host was helpful and the logistics were very smooth. The unit was very clean and well-maintained. It was very well equipped and we appreciated the basket of snacks left for us! We would definitely come back for another stay!

Lovely Condo

Wedding at Perona

Steve is a fantastic host!! Beautiful location, very peaceful out in nature! If you aren’t a fan of stairs, this may not be the place for you but we had a lovely visit!

We had a nice time there in Steve’s condo. It was close to the slopes, clean, and freshly remodeled. We would certainly stay there again in the future. Steve maintained excellent communication with us the entire time.

Family road trip

This was a great way to start our road trip. The condo was great, very clean, welcoming, and had all the things anyone could need. The owner was very easy to reach during our stay. They even left snacks for when we arrived and check out was a breeze! It’s nice to not have to clean the place top to bottom at check out, felt like a true vacation!

Great Place to stay!

We were in the area for a dance competition and this property was perfect. We shared with another parent and child. We each had our own bedroom and bathroom. The unit was spacious and extremely clean in a really nice community. The host is absolutely wonderful and has great communication with you. I will definitely be staying here again if we’re in the area and I highly recommend it to anyone.

Golf Weekend

Great space! Newly renovated… pictures are very accurate. Steve had many amenities in the place… Kureg coffee… snacks… Bathrooms were very nice and small deck was quite tranquil… saw several deer and even a family of black bear as we drove up through the resort drive. It made the golf weekend with my twin brother very relaxing and cozy!
