Welcome to our Sanctuary where peace and tranquillity awaits you. Our idyllic Vermont house is in the middle of 39 acres of pine forest offering great privacy. The supersized kitchen allows for multiple cooks to share on culinary pleasures. Relax after a long day of skiing in front of the large fireplace in the cozy living room or read a book in the library/TV room. Enjoy the sounds of the year round stream while you walk the grounds sipping a cup of coffee. Come and enjoy Vermont at its best!
In our 5000+ square feet home, your family and friends will have plenty of space to relax and enjoy without feeling crowded. Our eat in kitchen is huge! Tons of storage, every small appliance imaginable as well as free use of our well stocked spice rack. The dining room comfortably accommodates 12 people. The cozy living room seats 7-8 people. In the same floor the family room has a huge book collection that we are happy to share with you during your stay. We have the fastest wifi available in Vermont. The 65 inch TV will keep everybody entertained with every movie and sports channel imaginable. If your family is into board games we can offer you puzzles, trivia games , poker table etc, etc. The game room has a 82” TV , a pool table and an arcade game. A perfect set up for a family with children.
We are dog people so we are happy to welcome your well behaved four legged friend.
For those with mobility issues the master bedroom is in the main floor, the master tub is equipped with handles for stability while getting in and out. We can offer a shower stool if needed. The hallways on the main floor are extra wide and can easily accommodate a wheel chair or a scooter.
Our house is conveniently located only 12 minutes from the killington skieship gondola, 18 minutes from Okemo ski resort and 10 minutes from the quintessential Vermont town of Woodstock.

Wonderful home

We loved our stay in this wonderful home for the second year in a row! Close to Killington and Okemo, minutes from beautiful Woodstock, and many activities nearby for little ones when they get too cold for the mountains. The home is so cozy with lots of space to spread out and play games, read books, and relax. The hosts are so considerate and responsive. A true gem!

Perfect winter getaway

Our family loved this wonderful home. Even more perfect than the pictures! The house is so cozy and the expansive layout enabled the grownups to enjoy the game room, fireplace, and hot tub while the kiddos napped. Marielba and her family are the best hosts we have ever stayed with - so thoughtful and communicative. We felt not simply welcomed, but cared for. We stayed for 10 days to ski at Killington/Pico and Okemo, each just minutes away. And we loved exploring picturesque Woodstock. We certainly hope to return!

My family stayed here after christmas untill Jan 4th. what a wonderful family, house, and property. Everything was perfect. the kitchen was fully stocked with anything needed to feel like home. There were so many rooms , they were cozy and full of things to look at and enjoy.my family loved eating together in the dining room, talking at the kitchen table, and having fun in the game room. My mom and dog enjoyed the libary and fireplace rooms. The snow removeal team were fantastic!!! They checked on us several times during our stay , but never bothered us , and made sure the paths were safe and the walk ways were ice free. The town was lovely and skiing was fun for all . Some of my kids went tubing too!! All in all we were so happy to have enjoyed this house during the holiday season. The host was very helpful and easy to contact when i had any questions. Thank you for having us in your home. The Moore FamilyThe beds were super comfortable.

Beautiful place, spacious, with great cabin vibes

Went up with a few friends for a ski weekend and had a fantastic time. Place was very dog friendly, had a cozy fireplace, plenty of space and was incredibly well stocked. Plenty of dishware for all of your needs (wine glasses, champagne glasses, carafes, etc), all you could expect and more in the pantry, ample paper towels etc. Communication with the host was also very easy and enjoyable. Would happily stay again, and in fact may plan on doing so next season! Mike

We absolutely enjoyed our stay. The place is spacious, and is exactly as shown in the pictures. Besides the place being great, the communication with Marielba was excellent, if we had any questions or needed anything we would get an answer right away. We loved our stay and will definitely keep it bookmarked for future trips.

Perfect Ski Chalet

Marielba is truly a wonderful host. My family and I have been renting on VRBO for years, and I can honestly say we enjoyed this stay more than most. The house was very cozy and warm, and was stocked with everything we needed. The huge eat in kitchen had a full pantry and was equipped with an instant pot, deep fryer, loads of pots and pans, lovely dishes, a kueriig complete with pods, and an extra freezer with a huge bag of ice cubes. We all slept well in super comfy beds with luxurious fresh smelling sheets and pillows. The house had extra bedding for unexpected house guest. The bathrooms were complete with soaps, shampoo conditioner, bath robes, and slippers. Excellent water pressure. We all settled in for movie night on the comfy couches in the den and felt like we were in a theater with the high quality, huge flat screen tv. The game room had all our favorites that kept us entertained apres ski. A huge fireplace was all set with wood and kindling and burned beautifully. The setting is spectacular! We brought our two dogs who loved hiking up the trails next to a babbling mountain stream. We encountered signs of a family of moose that had bedded down further up the hill, but luckily for us they had already moved on. All in all my family and I absolutely loved this charming home and hope to rent again in years to come. Thank you for a great vacation!
