A small table allows you to have meals inside, facing a TV. To the right, the functional kitchenette is equipped with all the necessary: refrigerator with freezer compartment, ceramic glass hobs, hood, combined microwave oven, coffee makers (Nespresso and filter), toaster, kettle... The 8 m2 balcony allows you to enjoy the afternoon sun with a pleasant view of the pool. The whole has been carefully renovated, modernized without denying the charm of the typical materials and lines of the 70s. The location is ideal: the beach is literally at the foot of the building, as is a bike rental. A supermarket and bakery are just 60 metres away, making daily life convenient and enjoyable. The apartment does not have parking space. Animals are not allowed. Linen is not provided, but can be rented
