Thank you for your feedback. Well water in this area is tricky. We have multiple cabins on well water and work as hard as we can to filter minerals and sediment but it can be very irony after heavy rainfall. We recommend bringing drinking water! I definitely want people to know ahead of time.

We are so sorry about the WiFi. There was a signal outage out of our control with the cable company. Whenever you stay in the mountains a fallen tree or storm could trigger WiFi issues we can’t prepare for. I would have gladly sent out my cleaner to address any cleaning issues but we never heard any negative feedback during your stay. I specifically message my guests the afternoon of check-in for this reason. Maybe I should text the guests instead of messaging on the app. That is something I will consider to rectify an unhappy guest because a 3 star review is pretty much a failing grade for us. We are sorry.
