This 80s themed 2bedroom/2bathroom condo is located in The Myrtle Beach Resort. Each room is designed for our guests to experience a fun, enjoyable atmosphere during their stay. Our goal is to make each guest's trip as memorable as possible. This radically decorated condo is fully furnished with all the welcoming comforts of home, and a few added touches.

-------------------- THE SPACE --------------------

This 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom (950 sq ft) condo is located in The Myrtle Beach Resort's "A Building" on the first floor. The unit sleeps up to 7 people - bed linens and towels are provided for your convenience! The main living area is open, spacious, and decorated with a Totally 80s theme. There is a large mounted flat screen tv in the living room that offers a variety of streaming options and a premium cable package. A boom box - with cassette tape option(!) - is available for guest use (cassette tapes are not available at this time). A queen sleeper sofa and 3-in-1 chair/lounge/single bed are also located in the living room. There is a colorful light feature on the living room wall - the lights will sync with sound or change at random.

The dining room features a perfectly fitting 6 top table (the chairs have a 225 lb weight capacity *also posted in unit*). Have a gamer in the group?! An Atari arcade game is set up and ready for all Tempest and/or Galaga fans! A mini classic Nintendo is connected to the living room tv as well and offers over 600 classic games! The master bedroom has a queen bed. A dresser and closet offer plenty of storage space for your stay! The flat screen tv also offers streaming capabilities and premium cable package. In the master bathroom you will find a beautiful walk-in shower. The vanity offers plenty of storage space for bathroom items. The second bedroom has a low-profile full-sized bed, a 4-drawer dresser, and closet. The locker style nightstands can be used for additional guest storage. The Roku tv in the second bedroom also has a premium cable package. The second bathroom has a walk-in shower and a stylish vanity with storage under the sink. Both bathrooms are equipped with bath and hand towels, as well as wash cloths and individually wrapped facial wipes.

The kitchen is open and spacious with new stainless-steel appliances. It features a standard coffee maker, blender, toaster, popcorn popper (*kernels not included), and cookware. The cabinets are stocked with pots, pans, plates, and drinkware.

4 Turkish cotton beach towels, a couple folding chairs, a volleyball, football, and sand toys are all waiting to be packed into the beach wagon (provided) for your days by the water! From the balcony you have a partial view of the ocean.

-------------------- The A Building --------------------

The Myrtle Beach Resort's oceanfront A Building is the northernmost building on the property. To the east you will find the oceanfront pool and the beautiful beach and Atlantic Ocean! To the west you will find the seasonal (not open year round) lazy river/splash pad, and west end pool. The building and surrounding parking lot are maintained by the A Building maintenance team. Approximately 375 parking spaces surround the A Building providing ample parking for authorized guests. There are ramps and stairs into the first floor of the raised A Building (directions to the nearest ramp are sent in the check in information the morning of your stay). Unit numbers are marked on each door (low numbers to high from east to west in the building - even numbers on the south side and odd numbers on the north). There are three elevators and 4 stairwells within the building. Sundecks for all guests to enjoy are located on the 5th floor that offer great sunrise and sunset views, as well as relaxing sunning during the day! Each floor has a coin operated laundry room (just before the middle elevator) with a change machine in the third floor laundry room. The oceanfront A building’s trash bins are located at each of the exits. The common areas of the building are surveilled using recording devices maintained by Myrtle Beach Resort security.

-------------------- RESORT/CONDO ACCESS --------------------

Check in information is sent to guests the morning of check in. This information gives the address as well as detailed driving instructions through The Myrtle Beach Resort and directions through the building to the condo door.

As long as the reserving guest has met the ID requirement (House Rules), a subsequent message containing guest's gate and keypad codes will be sent prior to check in (4pm unless otherwise arranged).

Guests can enjoy all open amenities without being accountable for wristbands, keys, or pool tags.

-------------------- PARKING --------------------

If you are driving, 2 parking passes are available during your stay. A parking fee will be collected by security upon arrival. The fee, $10 per vehicle per day, can be paid with a credit or debit card (cash payments will not be accepted) and is retained by The Myrtle Beach Resort. This fee is non-refundable.

-------------------- THE MYRTLE BEACH RESORT --------------------

Myrtle Beach Resort has much to offer for fun in the sun! Besides easy access to the beautiful Atlantic Ocean you'll find: 6 pools (both indoor and outdoor), hot tubs, a lazy river, splash zone for kids, playground, basketball and tennis courts, a life sized chess/checkers board, and putt putting green! The Quarterdeck - a restaurant located on the beach features live music or karaoke (almost) nightly.

Restaurants and other resort amenities are subject to closing without notice.

-------------------- PETS --------------------

NO PETS ARE PERMITTED AT MYRTLE BEACH RESORT.

- Service animals are permitted, but they must be registered with the building manager 30 days in advance of your stay at the resort.

If you have not pre-registered your service animal, you will not be permitted into the resort. You will have to contact your host so you can complete and submit the proper paperwork. The security guards are NOT able to assist in this regard.

If you bring an unregistered animal on property, you can be fined $500 and you will be evicted from the resort.

-------------------- POOL INFORMATION --------------------

The A Building Oceanfront pool is open year-round 9am-10pm (Closing earlier during the winter)

The West End Pool and Lazy River (SEASONAL) is open from 9am - 10pm during the summer. Closing for both is scheduled for October 15th, which could also vary depending on weather conditions.

The clubhouse and swim through pool is open from 9am - 10pm year-round (closing earlier during the winter)

The 6000 pool is open from 9am - 10pm (closing earlier during the winter)

The B Building pool is open year-round from 9am-10pm (closing earlier during the winter)

*This information is not guaranteed as pools can be closed without notice based on DHEC and CDC guidelines.

--------------------- SECURITY --------------------

The Myrtle Beach Resort is gated and also has 24-hour security. There are recording devices throughout the resort's common areas. These devices are actively recording and are monitored by Myrtle Beach Resort security personnel.

-------------------- HOUSE RULES --------------------

- Check in: 4:00 pm EST (unless otherwise arranged)

- Check out: 10:00 am EST (unless otherwise arranged)

- Minimum age requirement: 25 years of age

- Animals are not allowed on resort property or in the condo at any time per HOA rules.

- Items in storage containers under beds are not for guest use. Additional charges applied if used.

- Smoking is prohibited. Guests can access smoking areas on the ground level.

- Parties are prohibited.

- Maintenance will need access to the unit on the 2nd Tuesday of each month for routine pest control. Refusal will lead to additional charges.

- Unregistered guests are not allowed.

- Should the key be lost or stolen, guest will pay to have the lock rekeyed ($100).

- In the event a guest is removed from the property, a refund will not be granted.

- Amenity closures and service interruptions, while rare, can sometimes occur. These instances are unavoidable and are out of the control of the host. Closures/outages do not warrant a refund of any kind.

** Reserving guests MUST submit a picture of his/her government issued ID (matching account) via messenger within 24 hours of booking. **

-------------------- CHECKOUT PROCEDURES --------------------

* Before checkout all guests need to:

- Remove all used towels and wash cloths and place them in the provided hamper.

- Load and start the dishwasher using the provided cleaning products.

- Turn off appliances.

- Dispose of unwanted food items in the fridge.

- Take out the trash.

A reasonable amount of toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap and hand soap are provided to start your stay. Should you need more during your time here, a Wal-Mart Neighborhood Market is conveniently located across the street from the property!
