Welcome to our studio! In order to guarantee a pleasant stay for all, please respect the following rules:

1. Non-smoking 🚭
Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the studio. An outdoor area can be used if needed.

2. Respect for the neighborhood 🤫
The studio is located in a small, quiet residence. Please limit noise, especially between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m.

3. Outside ❌ guests
Only people registered in the reservation are allowed to stay in the studio. For safety reasons and for the comfort of the neighbors, parties and gatherings are prohibited.

4. Cleanliness 🧼
Please leave the apartment clean. The dishes must be done and the bins taken out when you leave.

5. Closing accesses 🔐
At each exit, make sure to close doors and windows. When you leave, make sure you have returned the keys according to the instructions given.

6. Respect for accommodation and equipment 🛠️
Please take care of furniture, equipment and do not move furniture. Any damage or missing items will be charged.

7. Safety 🧯
In case of emergency, smoke detectors are functional. A fire extinguisher is available under the sink.
