Monte Paraiso is a beautifully landscaped gated community set between Playa Hermosa and Playas del Coco. The development features paved roads, underground utilities, gated entry and roving security, creating a peaceful and well-maintained setting for vacation stays.

Playa Hermosa is a relaxed beach community with a beautiful beachfront, excellent restaurants and easy access to the area's beaches and activities. Playas del Coco is just a few minutes away, offering supermarkets, restaurants, bars, shops and a wider selection of services. Coco is also a popular departure point for scuba diving, sport fishing and sightseeing tours, while waterfalls, hiking, hot springs, mud baths, cultural experiences and river adventures are all within easy reach. Guanacaste International Airport (LIR) is approximately 30 minutes away.

Guests have private access to the entire home with no shared areas.

Casa Ventanas is designed to bring the surrounding landscape into the home. Floor-to-ceiling windows stretch along the main living spaces, filling the home with natural light and framing views of the Pacific, surrounding hills and tropical forest. The open-concept lower level combines a well-equipped kitchen, dining area for eight and comfortable living room with a 70-inch Smart TV. A main-floor bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and dedicated workspace makes the lower level especially convenient for guests who prefer fewer stairs.

Upstairs, three additional ensuite bedrooms offer more privacy, including a spacious primary suite with a four-poster king bed, ocean-view balcony and updated bathroom. The second-floor twin/king bedroom can be configured to suit your group, while the third bedroom features a king bed and ocean views. High-speed WiFi, air conditioning throughout and a full-size washer and dryer make the home comfortable for both vacations and longer stays.

Outside, the infinity-edge pool sits directly alongside the main living spaces, with the Pacific stretching out beyond the surrounding greenery. There's room to swim, lounge, dine outdoors or fire up the gas BBQ, while a separate conversation area provides a quiet spot to take in the sunset or listen to the sounds of the forest.

🚗 Hillside location: A rental car is recommended for convenient access to the home and surrounding area. While a 4WD vehicle is not required, it is recommended.
🔐 Gated community: Monte Paraiso has gated entry and roving security.
🅿️ Parking: Covered parking is available for two vehicles, with two additional spaces across the lane.
🌴 Tropical setting: Casa Ventanas is surrounded by lush vegetation, so you may encounter insects, birds, monkeys and other tropical wildlife during your stay.

🚙TRANSPORTATION - Guests will be most comfortable having a rental car for their stay, which we can assist with!  The driveway to the home is quite steep so large groups should consider smaller vehicles, rather than larger transfer vans. 4WD or AWD is highly recommended. The home is perched high in the hills of the development and is NOT accessible by foot or golf cart. We do not have Uber here and getting a taxi can be challenging, especially for large groups. We do not recommend this home without a rental car or private driver.
