The bedroom offers a queen-size bed (160x200), carefully made with hotel-quality linens. Closets are available so you can unpack and feel right at home.

The bathroom includes a sink, mirror, shower, and toilet.

Wi-Fi is available throughout your stay.

For your safety, a smoke detector is installed in the apartment.

The apartment is professionally cleaned between each stay.

Issy-les-Moulineaux est une charmante commune située aux portes de Paris, appréciée pour son atmosphère paisible et son cadre de vie agréable. Idéale pour les voyageurs souhaitant visiter la capitale tout en profitant d’un environnement plus calme, la ville séduit par ses rues arborées, ses nombreux espaces verts comme le parc de l’Île Saint-Germain, et ses bords de Seine propices aux promenades. Très bien desservie par les transports en commun (tram, métro, RER), Issy permet de rejoindre rapidement les principaux sites touristiques de Paris. Elle abrite également quelques trésors architecturaux et culturels, comme l’Église Saint-Étienne, le Musée Français de la Carte à Jouer ou encore l’écoquartier du Fort. Un choix idéal pour allier détente et découverte.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.).

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum.

For any reservation exceeding 30 days, a civil or mobility lease will need to be signed upon your arrival and departure, along with an inventory conducted with one of our agents. A deposit will also be required.
