The house has a garage-laundry room ideal for storing your luggage and bicycles.

In the garden, a true asset of this house, you will enjoy a closed ground with shrubs and flowers, as well as a shed.

From the house, you can access the beaches of Locmariaquer and the city centre shops in 5 minutes by bicycle. A strategic location, ideal for spending successful holidays in complete serenity.

The region
