We had a great experience. The house is very cute and clean, it was in a great area close to many shops and places to eat. We would definitely recommend and had a great time!

Great location for families with younger kids

This house worked great for our family. We traveled with our family with three kids 5 and under, as well as two grandparents and a cousin. There was plenty of room for all of us. Perfect location for what we had planned. We hit the zoo (less than 20 minute drive), aquarium (less than 15 minute drive), Discovery Lab, and the Gathering Place (everyday). Both the Discovery Lab and Gathering Place were within 5 minutes drive. I will note the property lists The Gathering Place as a 9 minute walk, which is technically true because a portion of it that contains a small playground and splash pad extends that close. But the main area of the park, with all the really cool play areas for kids, requires a short drive. Again, 5 minutes down the road and absolutely worth it. Speaking of walking, the street and block you’re on doesn’t have sidewalks. I would have been fine walking alone there to one of the many close restaurants or Starbucks, but with our younger kids in tow I didn’t feel safe doing that. But with everything so close it was nothing to load up in the car and drive. Parents of small children know that a short drive is the real MVP. It’s right around the corner from coffee, a gas station, 2 grocery stores, and ice cream. None of these small things affected my rating. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. The host was very helpful, prompt with replies, and best of all there wasn’t a literal laundry list of instructions at checkout. Thanks for a wonderful week!

Beds could use a little upgrade

For the most part the location is clean and spacious within walking distance of a great breakfast place and shops. My only issue was with the beds and linens. We found hair on almost all the linens which made us question whether they had actually been laundered. My wife ended up cleaning them herself in the unit's washing machine. The linens and pillows are also rather thin and could use an upgrade.

excellent location

When we walked in the place smelled like it had just been cleaned it smelled great. The location is great you can walk to Brookside and The Gathering Place. You can get an Uber quickly and get to anywhere in Tulsa within just a few minutes. The Philbrook is very close, there are just so many different things to do. We can’t wait to come back and out dog Roxanne loved it too

Comfortable house

Nice house with enough room for adults and kids. Convenient and safe location close to shops and restaurants. My senior parents loved the bedroom with access to the yard. Would definitely stay here again!

Bist to Tulsa to participate in AKC National Agility Championship

A clean, quiet and cozy home (weather unusually cold when we were there) that was been tastefully renovated and modernized with excellent appliances. Spic and span clean, bedding and towels were lovely. Private fenced backyard which our dogs enjoyed. I forgot to empty one drawer and the owner is shipping the contents to me (a wonderful gesture). What more can I say except that I would highly recommend it to a family member or close friend. Oh, the neighborhood is very nice too. Great Italian within five minute walk. River park is also five minutes away along with Starbucks and other up market vendors.. excellent!!

Very Nice

Very nice and accommodating! Had a hot water mishap, but it was fixed within an hour! Easy check in easy check out. Very clean and newly remodeled! Will 10/10 stay again!

Wonderful Property

The property was incredibly well maintained and clean when we arrived. The home was well appointed with a full operating kitchen. The location is also great for some of the best restaurants in town.

Great place!

We enjoyed this Tulsa home so much. The owner is very easy to communicate with. The location of the home is great. My daughters and I took really nice, long walks in surrounding neighborhoods. We enjoyed the the main Avenue a couple blocks away- lots of shops and restaurants and a Trader Joe’s. There’s also really nice grocery store close by. Location is perfect and the house was very comfortable and clean. The kitchen is huge. Tulsa is a very nice city and easy to get around. Great place!

Just fabulous!

Zelma’s house was wonderful. The house is more spacious than we expected and the decor is lovely. The location is walking distance to great neighborhood restaurants, the gathering place, and the the discovery lab. House was spotless and inviting. Will stay here every time we visit Tulsa. Perfect Location in Tulsa

What a great rental property! The 4 bedroom house was immaculate when we arrived. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the dishes and items we needed. They are still working on landscaping but once that is complete I think the back patio will be a great place to relax! We do wish there had been more seating in the living area for all of our guests. The location was amazing - there are so many shops and restaurants within walking distance. The only downside is there aren't sidewalks on the street the house is located on. Short drive to The Gathering Place, downtown or Utica Square for more shopping. We would definitely rent this property again!
