You have access to your very own private pool and spa on property, and you are only a short walk to a public dock by the house, ready for sunset and a glass of wine. In addition, we are delighted to also offer you, upon request, full access to the prestigious Lakes Beach and Tennis Center, ensuring an unforgettable stay. Enjoy the workout facility and the wide variety of sports including Pickleball, Racquetball, Tennis, Sand Volleyball, Basketball, and Tennis, etc. Plus only a 4 - 5 mile straight drive to Downtown Tempe, ASU, and Tempe Beach Park. Away from the bustle but close enough for easy access or a quick Uber fare.

Step inside this charmingly remodeled 70s home, exuding both quality and modern luxury. The en suite master bedroom beckons with a recliner, perfect for quiet reading and relaxation. The spacious shower and amenities promise a refreshing experience, while the king size mattress guarantees blissful dreams.

Each guest bedroom boasts its unique theme, providing a pleasant sleeping environment with comfortable queen-size beds and ample storage space. The guest bathroom offers a very comfortable shower and excellent lighting for impeccable grooming.

"The Lakes" community surrounds you, and a short 2-minute walk leads to a public dock, inviting you to savor the serenity of the lake. Within the community, an array of recreational facilities awaits: tennis, pickleball, basketball, sand volleyball, racquetball, weights/cardio, pool table, Ping Pong, year-round heated lap pool, spa, picnic areas, and a delightful playground.

Back at your private oasis, the backyard beckons with sun lounges, a mini spa, and a beautifully lit pool for night swimming. Your four-legged friend will be safe in the secure yard. Water floats, pool toys, and beach towels are provided for your utmost enjoyment and convenience.

RULES:

Heated Pool for Year-Round Fun!
Our inviting pool is the perfect place to unwind and have a great time. For a small daily fee ranging from $40 to $60 (depending on temperature and time of year), you can enjoy the luxury of a heated pool during your stay and we will include the spa. Just let us know 24 hours in advance, and we'll ensure it's warm and ready for your arrival. A two-day minimum applies to this delightful amenity. Additionally, for pool motor safety, we ask that the pool vacuum (Vac) is not removed ($250 fine for pool motor damage).

Dog-Friendly Haven
We absolutely adore our furry friends! With pre-approval, you can bring up to three dogs along to enjoy the getaway with you. To ensure everyone's comfort, we kindly request a $125 dog fee for your stay. Breed and age approvals make sure your beloved companions are right at home. (No cats or other animals allowed). To ensure a harmonious stay, we've outlined a few house rules that contribute to a delightful experience for all. Remember to pick up after your dogs to keep the area clean and beautiful (a $25 fine applies otherwise).

Peaceful Serenity and City Guidelines
Our home provides a peaceful sanctuary for your relaxation. Please note that parties or events are not allowed as we have a maximum occupancy policy in place. Your understanding and compliance with these rules will help maintain a serene atmosphere for everyone. Also, we kindly ask for no smoking or vaping anywhere on the property.

No Outside Guests without Permission
We value your privacy and safety. For your peace of mind and ours, please refrain from inviting outside guests without prior written permission.

Enjoy the Peaceful Retreat
While we encourage you to have a wonderful time, we kindly request that no noise disturbances occur during your stay. The city imposes fines of $1,000 for noise violations, and any incurred during your visit will be your responsibility.

Safety and Liability
We want you to have a fantastic time using our facilities, but please note that there are no lifeguards on duty. As such, any injuries sustained while using the facilities anywhere on the property are your responsibility.
