Come enjoy this thoughtfully remodeled modern farmhouse style home that resides in a convenient downtown location near many attractions. You will experience a fun open space with plenty of room for the whole family.

Getting around is a breeze.
You are only:
-2 min- downtown attractions: Concho river walk, International waterlily collection, Santa Fe golf course, Blaine's pub.

Living room- Relax on our comfy sectional couch and thoughtfully decorated living space that has seating for all. Watch all of your favorite Netflix shows on our 70" wall mounted TV.

Dining Room- As you venture into the dining room you will find a large dining set meant for 8 but can squeeze 10 with additional provided chairs. The accent wall really brings some character to the space and we love the rustic chandelier.

Kitchen- Prepare a feast for the gang with our fully stocked kitchen. You will have access to a pot/pan set, cooking utensils, knifes, plate bowls/silverware for 16, coffee maker, blender, kettle, and a refrigerator with ice/water.

Washer/dryer- Attached to the kitchen you will find a washer and dryer that are for your use.

Game Room- Our game room is the 4th bedroom and favorite in the house. You will find a 6 foot pool table and ping pong table for long hours of enjoyment. There is also a 32" Roku TV for entertainment.

Primary bedroom- As your venture into the bedroom you will find, it is fitted with a king bed and lamps for phone charging. You will find a dog bed as well as a pack and play underneath the king bed.

Middle bedroom- This bedroom is fitted with a full over queen bunkbed that can sleep 3-4. The top bunk is rated at 200lbs.

Front bedroom- This bedroom is fitted with a full over queen bunkbed that can sleep 3-4. The top bunk is rated at 200lbs.

Backyard- Light a warm fire in our firepit and relax in the multiple lawn chairs that are located in the game room closet. The backyard is not fenced in.

Great Stay!

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy house in San Angelo, TX! The house was spacious and provided great accommodations for our group. It was clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities we needed. The location was perfect, being close to the university and all the attractions we wanted to visit. The host was welcoming and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. We highly recommend this home to anyone visiting San Angelo!

Renovated, Updated, Sone Issues

Family of 4 adults stayed here for 4 days. House is old, but renovated nicely. Had trouble with some of the appliances. Weather was cold. Was hard to regulate heat in the house...living areas were cold but bedrooms were hot. Had to buy extra blankets at Wal-mart for living areas There was very little water pressure. Very difficult to wash dishes or take showers. All the doors do not close properly. The electric front door lock would lock, but would not unlock. Had to leave the back door unlocked every time we left so we would not be locked out. Owners responded to our messages, but there was nothing they could do to help in these situations. Nice house, but just know these things going into this rental.

Try out the food in the area it was great. I wish there were more supplies for the week given. Only one trash bag, coffee filter, and things like that for the week.

Great stay in San Angelo!

This completely redone home in San Angelo is clean, comfortable and perfect for any stay here. We have family in San Angelo and needed more beds and space and this house was just what we were looking for. Highly recommend!

Extreme Odor

Overwhelming odor caused four adults to leave shortly after arriving. Contacted owner through the app. The co-host arrived after multiple attempts to contact and ultimately informed us of dog urine, mice and exterminator. The owner, who is not local, REFUSED to refund any money and cancellation was not possible, verified by VRBO. Less than 30 minutes cost me over $1000 plus the cost of a hotel.

Great place!

Exactly what I hoped for in San Angelo! House was super clean. Older home that has been updated. Had a minor issue with the lock, but the owners jumped on this right away and got it handled. Really appreciate the responsiveness. Would definitely stay here again.

Great weekend house

We stayed in town for a weekend stock show. The property manager was great at responding when an issue arose, including at 1am when we were just arriving into town and had trouble getting into the home. He was super quick to respond and efficient. The house was clean and welcoming, with beautiful decorations and furniture throughout the home. Beds were beyond comfortable. We will definitely be staying here each time we go to San Angelo for the yearly stock show.

Great location!! Easy access to the highway. Beds were super comfortable! Home was very clean and had everything that we needed. I would highly recommend for other's staying in the area.

Great location

This property is well-appointed and in a great location. We attended a graduation and reenlistment at the AF Base. It was a short drive. We also visited a couple local restaurants and shopped in the downtown area. Everything was within 15 minutes of the property. We appreciated the communication with the owners and would highly recommend.

Close to University & State Highway

We felt at home & relaxed immediately 😌 I love to cook - the stove was top notch. The last breakfast I was able to cook scramble eggs, steak, sausage & cheese biscuits, and blackberry pancakes with ease.

Wonderful place for a graduation weekend

This was an excellent lodging experience for our celebration weekend! The house was spacious with a variety of places to sit and hang out. The drive through driveway was perfect for our family. Would recommend this perfect location for any San Angelo adventure!

We chose to buy this home because I grew up in the small west Texas town of Big Lake and still have family in West Texas. We like to have a place for our family to gather while we are gone and love to share our space while we are not using it.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

The pool table is great to keep the kids entertained. The curb appeal of the house is beautiful and we love the curve in the roof. The location makes everything close as it is in a central location. It is also walking distance to the international waterlily collection as well as many restaurants/bars.
